I recently hosted my daughter Valeria’s 16th birthday at the grand palazzo, and it was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, the manager, Mr. Smith, provided exceptional service, ensuring that every detail was perfectly arranged. Additionally, the two waitresses were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the event. The venue itself was beautifully set up, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. All the guests had a wonderful time, and the food was delicious and well-presented. The Grand Palazzo did a great job with my business's 5th anniversary party in September. Sandra and her team were a life saver when I was trying to figure out decorations and helped take so much ease of setting up for the party. Jeremy always made himself available whenever I had a question or request that made my first time planning a party a little easier. All of the guests that came had a great time. I love how the place you can make it fit to whatever theme you have.

I had an appointment to view this venue last Monday and no one showed up. I texted and called multiple times before someone finally replied saying something came up and to wait 15 minutes for someone else. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, and then was told to “just view it on my own” because no one was available. They never followed up afterward.
This was extremely unprofessional — if they can’t even respect a scheduled viewing, I don’t see how they can be trusted to handle an actual event.

My husband and I hosted our baby shower this past weekend at TGP. From start to finish Smith( manager) was very helpful . He understood what I was looking for. Everything come out how we wanted no stress party. We got there and immediately fell in love with the decorations. Food was excepcional. Family and friend enjoyed the drinks and dancing. I would highly recommend this venue. I will be using this venue next year for my baby boys first birthday . Thank you again for making one less stress free event.
