Every time I come with a group of four, we’re told there’s a two-hookah minimum, even when only one or two people in the group actually want to smoke. It makes no sense to force customers to buy extra hookahs that they don’t want or won’t use. That policy feels like a money grab rather than customer service. On top of that, the staff member (possibly the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional when we tried to ask about it. Instead of explaining the policy respectfully, he was dismissive and had an attitude, which made the situation uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A hookah lounge should be about atmosphere and hospitality, not being pressured into unnecessary purchases and treated poorly for asking a simple question. Until the customer service improves and the policies are handled more reasonably, I won’t be coming back.
