  Our game masters for our two back to back games were Mary, Mariah and Mariah! All of them were so helpful and amazing and were extremely enthusiastic in helping us solve the cases!

  We've been here a few times. It's the most low tech escape room you'll find, but usually pretty enjoyable regardless. Today we did the superhero room. Sadly not only were the clues much less fun to solve than previous rooms (Not a lot of connected puzzles to solve- just random numbers to be gathered- I can not recommend this room), but when we asked for a hint the staff member, who was new, took about 5 minutes checking paperwork before giving us an incorrect hint. They pointed us at a lock and a paper that didn't we later found out did not at all correspond to that lock, so we spent a bunch of time trying to figure out how those two could possibly be connected when they indeed were not. We were not given a clue for the next box in the sequence that had to be opened in order to complete the puzzle so even once that lock was opened the puzzle was missing the sequential information needed to move forward. Sad to say about 25 minutes total between waiting on this clue and the false information given leading us to try a bunch of stuff on an unrelated lock, so solving the puzzle was never really a possibility given this mishap. While she was apologetic the game was pretty much ruined by this experience. I get that not everyone needs hints, but we were a small group playing with a child who was also incredibly frustrated by given the wrong information. No information in the end would have been better than what happened. Update: I wanted to send an update after reaching out management. On top of an apology and offer to come back we felt really heard regarding feedback about this specific room, and even received a reply form the room design team. It's good to know that they take feedback seriously and for that reason alone we're happy to go back and try another room rather than asking to be refunded.
