Bummed because the show there is called "Daniel Radcliffe in Every Brilliant Thing" but after we bought tickets, it was clear he was not actually in the show on our dates. I'm sure the other actor is wonderful, but that's not what my kids wanted, and just 24 hours later, the theater would not offer us any refund.

Seating is comfortable, and the sightlines are excellent from most sections. The theater is cozy but elegant, making it great for both musicals and plays. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in the Theater District is very convenient for a night out.
Overall, it’s a lovely space to enjoy live theater, with a great atmosphere and excellent acoustics.

Not handicap friendly at all! We weren't advised when we bought the tickets that we would have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our seats. My wife recently had a total hip replacement and it was almost impossible for her to get to our seats. It took 10-15 minutes to get to the top. If we knew about this, we would have never purchased the tickets! We won't be back

Beautiful theater with lovely decor and interior. I saw Every Brilliant Thing starring Daniel Radcliffe, and even from the balcony, the performance felt intimate and close to the stage.
The only downside was the bar service near the entrance. When I ordered a bottled water, the bartender seemed annoyed - no interaction, no napkin. While the person after me, who ordered the same thing, received attentive service. That experience stuck with me even after leaving, and honestly, it makes me hesitant to return.
Mind you, this was the show’s first preview, but receiving that kind of service was disappointing.
