The person helping me just seem annoyed to answer my questions and even said “I just told you what the warranty was” as I asked her to clarify the length of time the warranty since she did not address it in her lil shpiel. They also decided to confiscate my bag while I was already mid-shopping and didnt even give me a number for my surrendered bag. The whole experience was uncomfortable. The lady who rings you up is also grossly condescending and felt the need to tell me where I will be picking up my purchased items more than once, as if I was an idiot. Smiling and being amiable are not the embodied talents of this staff. ATOP THIS, the gay man wearing feathers felt the compulsion to direct me to the plus size section and refrained from making any meaningful recommendations and just assumed I wanted to hide certain parts of my postpartum body because he must believe anyone who isn’t a size 2 should feel bad about themselves. Seriously train your staff on basic customer service skills or your business is doomed for failure.
