    I went to see Greenland 2 for 10:15pm!! I was disappointed in my server customer service. I was sitting in seat F3 theatre 6. I press the button to have my tray removed and was told the kitchen was closed in a very nasty demeanor. Every time i visit ipic i am told last call for kitchen. In this situation i was not given the option. I ask for a cheesecake which is already made and was denied. I left the movie before it ended due to bad service and movie not being interesting . On my way out at around 11:30pm I saw multiple orders of fries, burgers, and drinks being served. I’m very disappointed hopefully this will be fixed.

    Happy New Year! Came here all the way from Chitown with a family of 6 and I must say this theater was amazing! From the time we walked in to the time we departed! Our server Somali was exceptional and made the overall experience wonderful! She suggested our drinks (old fashioned for my husband) and a drink called Norma Jean for myself,just wow! From the delicious turkey burger sliders with truffle fries to the steak fajita quesadillas everything was seasoned and made to perfection. My children and niece were simple so they all got pepperoni pizzas and chicken tenders with fries. When the movie started maybe a hr in our server came back with refills for the little ones without even having to ask. This was a 10/10 family date night we will be returning when back in the city! Great spot with a twist of cozy home like aesthetics

    Went here yesterday and sat down, first, no one came to take our order for about 20-25 minutes even though we pressed the button. Then, I had to go up to the cashier myself to tell them when the movie was already on. They did not have s positive attitude either. Then, our food came even later. I was so disappointed for a 50+ dollar spent on 2 tickets + the food and drinks it was a disaster.

    I had a great visit on 12/30/25. First time visiting with my wife and daughter. We ordered food at concessions since we arrived very early. Food was good, and staff was polite. One thing that was extremely concerning, when I went to retrieve my food. Someone was cursing erratically through the kitchen window. Dropping F bombs. It was so bad when I asked the counter employee about it he apologized and said that it was a manager and that he couldn’t do anything. This was unprofessional and makes me wonder how management treats their workers here. I’d like for someone to reach out to me.

    We arrived about 2 hours early. Our movie was for 10:30. We went upstairs In hopes of having a drink and chat before the movie started. We walked up to the bar and the bartender ran from the back to inform us they already did last call. Which we totally understand, however we noticed a white couple approached and he took their order (which was two drinks, the same thing we wanted) I didn’t even bother to ask why but I felt it was disrespectful considering I had premium seats and was waiting for the movie to start. The way this iPIC has been going downhill these past few years its insane. They ask for a card to keep on file when you sit but charge you before you even look at your ticket, I was charged for items I never received because they seem so disorganized, had two gentleman walk up to us at least 5 times asking if those items were mine (they were not). Get it together. And on top of that my impossible burger tasted like a entire bottle of salt was poured into it. Spent $200 for salty food, terrible service, endure racism, over charged for items I never received, No thanks, save your money. Go to AMC on tuesdays and Wednesday when it’s 50% off tickets, buy food there or bring in your own, save your time and money. IPIC isn’t worth the hype. Thank me later.
