Sunday Debarge 4 pm show was worst service and mgmt team I have ever received. Drinks and food came near end of show. We were first in our section and last to receive what we ordered. I had to ask for mgmt 3 times. 2 managers never came to help. Then there was Steve who began to argue with me. Literally people at my table had to jump in as he basically called me a liar regarding how long I had been waiting. Nevermind when he came we still had no food and it was the end of the show. Absolute worst experience/service. Shameful as I tend to go to City Winery at least 3-4 times a year and am a member. Best believe I will think again. I would love to hear from manager regarding our experience. Someone needs to be fired after that service. People near me were literally walking out as they couldn’t get a drink and their food also never arrived in full.

The artist was amazing, but the venue needs to do better! If you purchase tickets, you better be the first one there to get to your seats because they double book tickets! We had to move further away from the stage. This happened to at least 10 other people. One poor couple had to go an entire level up to the balcony! The flatbread pizza tasted like something my niece made in her Easy Bake Oven. The drinks were ok, but they took forever to get. The manager did give us our first round of drinks due to the ticket mix up, but the entire issue ruined our night. Thank God Big Daddy Kane’s performance put us in a better mood. Eat at one of the Pier 57 restaurants before you get there and bring your receipt to avoid having to purchase their nasty food! And be the first one there to get the seat that you paid for because they sold it to 3 other people too. It’s a one and done for me

My first visit here was very lackluster. My companion's meal and drink was served a full 10 minutes before mine. I sat there waiting. I ordered an iced coffee, but they brought me an iced tea, so I continued to wait. My burger and iced coffee finally came, but my waitress didn't ask me how I take my coffee and didn't offer any cream or sugar. I couldn't drink the black coffee so I had to wait more and ask for cream and was treated like I was inconveniencing them.
Our table and the ones surrounding us were as wobbly as heck, but our waitress fixed one and not the other.
Also my burger was served to me sliced in half which I found very odd. I think the cook didn't know how to actually make a medium burger and sliced it to check it's level of doneness.

This was a very disappointing NYE experience. We arrived on time and were kept standing outside in freezing temperatures from 8.30pm until around 10:15 pm with little to no explanation or communication from staff. During that time, our tickets — which included drinks — were essentially going to waste while we were left outside.
There was also no line enforcement or organization. As the wait dragged on and no one was being let in, people began cutting the line and pushing each other, which created a chaotic and uncomfortable situation that could have been easily avoided with proper line enforcement outside the venue.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that everyone was placed in the same line, regardless of whether they had prepaid tickets or were paying at the door. We paid $135 in advance, yet stood in line with people who didn’t have tickets and were paying $100 at the door for the same experience. Given that, it didn’t make sense to purchase tickets ahead of time. The line was not due to the time taken scanning tickets. They scanned our tickets well in advance outside and kept us out there anyways in the snow. Neither could it be due to being at capacity because then why are they selling tickets additional tickets at the door?
By the time we were finally allowed inside, coat check was already closed, forcing us to carry our coats for the rest of the night.
Overall, the night felt poorly organized and not worth the price. Better planning, communication, and guest management would have made a significant difference.

This is a review of the Beatles brunch: Great show & band, thoroughly enjoyable.
Good service, food was ok, no savory vegetarian options on the paper menu, vegetarian Husband opted for French toast, serving size wasn't generous for the price & he left hungry, I had to make him food when we got home, a veggie omelet or some other savory vegetarian protein would've been nice, considering how much we paid for the entire event.
If you're a Beatles fan, this show isn't to be missed!
Edit with a further review of New Years Eve celebration with $100+ ticket for open bar, disco & acrobats: Bar operation throughout venue was great, patrons made an absolute mess of the stage with spilled drinks etc. Coat check was an absolute train wreck, customers were made to leave venue & wait outside, one ticket at a time was processed via heavily manned doors, we were lucky to get our coats, external temperature was below freezing & people had to wait outside in a scrum for their coats (zero stars for coat check coat retrieval process).
