I saw Moulin Rouge here yesterday. I have no complaints about the show. It was very entertaining, energetic, had an amazing set and costumes designs and would recommend people go see it at least once. I did however have a bad experience with the receipt of my tickets. I won tickets and when I went to retrieve the tickets after presenting MY identification, the younger looking gentleman said that someone had already collected my tickets. I told him that was impossible as I had just arrived. He was insistent that the tickets had been collected and even was getting attitude. I told him to check the tickets of the person who retrieved my tickets (if that’s what actually happened) and get them out of MY seats. He said that he had no way of checking and was basically insinuating that I leave. He didn’t want to be bothered it seemed. I told him look at your cameras and figure out the situation. After all his job was to figure out what happened even though he didn’t want to work because he was too busy playing on his phone versus attending customers who pay his salary. When he saw I wasn’t going to leave he had no choice but to investigate further. After waiting 30 minutes it finally turned out that HE had made a mistake and MY tickets were there all along. This after he and the older blonde lady (his coworker) gave me mad attitude and said ….there must be another person with my name that claimed the tickets. The venue needs to insure that their box office people are checking ID’s properly. Because of this gentleman’s laziness and ineptness, I could’ve possibly missed the show. After the show I did tell another gentleman that helped him figure out the situation in the box office and told him about the bad attitudes and experience I had with the box office folks. I’m writing here because oftentimes those comments don’t make it to those who matter and I could tell even he was bothered by my feedback. End of the day do better people. Folks pay money for these shows that pay your wages. Hopefully this will help improve training efforts and work habits.

We had great orchestra seats, but it's a little tight if you are tall. The ladies restrooms is downstairs; however, they are very well organized in moving you to the next available bathroom stall. 😆 Else, the play is very well thought out. The various backgrounds are great.

Absolutely worth it ! An astonishing visual and auditory feast. but it a little warm in it. It gets quite warm inside, so you may want to wear fewer layers before the show. The seats are a bit narrow. Rows F to I seem to offer the best overall viewing experience.

Eine tolle Show.

Seats are very close and not much leg room. A tall person in front will block some of your view. Concession bar has ridiculously prices on drinks. We ordered two cups of coke and paid $23! The 15 minutes intermission isn't enough for standing in line for their restroom. Stage set up and lighting are very beautiful though.
