I’ve visited this venue twice now, both times for events, most recently for a comedy show. I can’t complain at all about the entertainment; it was a great time and definitely worth it for that alone.
That said, there are a few things to keep in mind before going. The parking lot is on the smaller side, and getting into events can take a bit longer than expected, so plan ahead. On a positive note, the service has been consistently friendly and on point every time I’ve gone. The venue itself is beautiful, especially being right by the water. It really adds to the overall vibe.
This time, we paid for a table for two, and the seating was nice and comfortable. However, the food is where things fell a little short for me. I ordered a larger plate expecting a more filling portion, but it didn’t quite deliver😔I was still hungry afterward. I went with the salmon, and honestly, I think I would’ve been better off ordering something simpler like a pizza or burger and fries. The fountain drinks were also a bit disappointing, but it’s a winery.
On my previous visit, I had a salad that I actually enjoyed more than this meal, so it really seems like the food can be hit or miss.
Overall, if they book the right entertainment, I would definitely return for the experience. Just come prepared, manage expectations for the food, and you’ll still have a great time.

Very disappointing experience.
I was there yesterday evening and was escorted to my seating area, which initially appeared to have a great view. Unfortunately, the amount of noise coming from the kitchen area was extremely disruptive. It was very disappointing to hear the kitchen staff more clearly than the artist we paid to listen to. There seemed to be little consideration for guests who came to enjoy the performance.
The seating itself was also extremely uncomfortable. The high chairs offered no proper back support and should really have high backs for comfort, especially during a show. In addition, being placed at a very small round table with a total of four people was not practical at all. It was extremely cramped and uncomfortable trying to share such a limited space with three other individuals.
What was most frustrating was that when I purchased the seat and reviewed the seating map, it never mentioned that the area was located next to the kitchen doors. The map also showed what appeared to be a long shared table with four seats, not a tiny round table for four people. This felt very misleading.
The other seating areas did not appear much better. The establishment really needs to reorganize the seating layout or remove certain seats altogether to provide a more comfortable and honest experience for guests.
Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this establishment again. Very disappointed.

An amazing Easter with Johnathan Butler at The City Winery NYC. The venue was comfortable and provided for an intimate setting with the performers and audiences. The food was delicious and the portions were definitely more than shareable. I loved the wine, dessert and after dinner drinks.
This is a go to venue. Sit back, enjoy a meal, varietals and an a heart warming show that is easy to get to.
We will be back.

We went to see a comedy show. It was a large space with tight seating. Our waitress was very good. We had the hummus and spicy feta platter which was very good. The old fashioned I had was good and the prices were okay. One of the other waiters had to be told to be more careful because he kept bumping into people at our table as he passed by.

$6 for a store bought hot chocolate that comes in a packet. $5 for a 12 oz. cheap brand of poor quality chamomile tea. $23 dollars for a greek salad that only consists of a few tomato pieces, feta, tiny cucumber slices, and onions … literally that’s it, no mixed greens or lettuce. the bowl for the $23 salad was TINY. this place is horrendous! Don’t waste your money here!
