We were there all day and yet the kids only got to go on half of the rides (and there aren't that many rides to go on). Wait times were ridiculous and this isn't even the busiest time of year. Occasionally there were two people operating rides, but often just one person responsible for multiple tasks, which makes the lines move very slowly. Some rides have a ridiculously short run time for the amount of time you have to wait.
Everything is ridiculously overpriced - especially food! The Peppa Pig playground is not as exciting as hoped for and there are just TWO swings in the entire area. There were two other playgrounds that we used, but they were chaotic and not well supervised by staff. Kids were being pushed and shoved and, with minimal staff involvement, it becomes impossible to keep your child safe from other kids who are not being watched by their parents. Most rides require adults to go on with younger kids, but some of these rides dont REALLY need it. All this does is add to the ridiculous line wait times. Additionally, the little train ride did NOT require adults/supervising companions, and yet many WERE choosing to go on with their kids, which is ridiculous when it's a tiny ride with minimal available seating.
Standard parking at $35 is a ripoff and preferred parking will run you an additional $20 on top of that - I'm used to ridiculous parking fees at theme parks, but this isn't quite at a theme park level. It's a playland, at best. With that in mind, I wish they would do away with Fast Track passes at places like this - this isn't Disney or even a Six Flags location, and for those of us NOT willing to shell out even MORE money for Fast Track passes, our kids get punished by EXCESSIVE line wait times! There is also not enough shade - I can't imagine being there in peak summer months. More pavilions or tables with umbrellas need to be set up. Between the lack of shade and multiple hills to navigate, I wouldn't dare invite older grandparents along - they would be miserable.
While I wouldn't go back, I'd like to say that the ride attendants were very professional, attentive and patient - they were all doing their best to stay on top of everything. The place was also very clean, including the bathrooms, and I know that isn't easy when a place has a lot of foot traffic.

First time at Lego Land. Purchased a season pass, with hopes my daughter would enjoy the park and what it had to offer. By far the worst amusement park I have been to. Let’s start with the safety training of the operators for the rides; I was very disappointed with the inconsistency around height restrictions. They claim it to be for safety reasons but all staff do not follow the height limit restrictions to fidelity. Its so sad, I waited in line an hour with my 4 year old, as we watched countless other small children like her UNDER 40” Get the OKAY for the ride with their parents, but when we got to the front we’re turned away. I called out the worker letting people through under 40” and exclaimed the entire team operating the specific ride needed to be followed up with because they all let the children under 40” ride. I was told by a manager that the worker I told him let plenty children on that didn’t meet the high min. had other complaints similar. It’s not okay when adults are picking and choosing when it comes to safety and other people’s children. Its doesn’t feel good for the parent or the child and my daughter was very disappointed. I feel the choice was rooted in discrimination as I pointed out small white children exiting the ride as we stood on the side where we were disrespectfully asked to stand while we waited for a manager. NEXT TOPIC, the staff had no sense of urgency with the rides, the lines were long, the workers move super slow, we were at lego land for hours and between the ride we were turned away from and waiting for another we only got on two rides! The only vendor stations that were open was drink Refills, dining hall LOCKED, gift shop CHAOS! This was not a good first impression, the park just opened 2 weeks ago. Get it together before the summer hits and the park is at full capacity, I would love a refund and will also be reporting this to corporate.
If you have a small petite toddler, good luck with this place, there’s hardly anything to do outside of the water park. I’m disappointed and saddened i wasted money on a season pass and will not be back.

We've been to LEGOLAND NY twice so far. One was a stay at their resort with a 1 day park ticket, and one was a trip to the park only. Both were disappointing. The day we stayed at the resort was brutally hot! The room was fun and very cute, the kids loved the theme. They also got to hunt for a treasure (a LEGO set!) But we didn't get to use the pool after a day of extreme heat exhaustion because by the time we left the park and got to our room the pool was closed. Ridiculous.
The rides are definitely geared towards younger kids. The wait times are AWFUL and their rides break constantly. The SkyFlyer stopped working and it was only 10:21 am. Literally minutes from opening. We were in line for about 15 minutes and waited another 18 for it to be fixed. Ride stopped again after 10 minutes!! Stranded mid air isn't on anyone's bucket list. Do better LEGO!
Kids have a good time because they are LEGO OBSESSED, but there aren't enough pros to justify the prices at all. Food wise: we had pizza after 48 minutes of waiting in line. Staff member made a mistake twice with my order and charged me for 8 fountain drinks when I ordered 3!! She refunded the extra 5 but it all took too long. Their cauliflower crust veggie pizza was FANTASTIC though! Very tasty and I devoured it! Apple fries are so expensive but we did like them. Prices in general are too high for what the park actually has to offer. The second trip was in April and it was cloudy and cold. Most rides have water in them and so many were closed anyway. Basically it is too hot in summer and they didn't have lots of shade in 2022, and too cold in spring but now in 2026 they seem to have added a lot more shade sails.
Park closed at 5 which is very early and we only got to be on 3 rides before the kids decided to just stay at the Workshop and build. Overall, not worth the trip/money if your kids are older than 5. Their rides are kiddie rides and break frequently. It has the potential to be a great park, but isn't there yet.

Where do I begin. Our trip started out great. They upgraded our room on the house which was awesome. Room was a fun experience. But after that the hotel went down hill. The arcade that they have in there might as well have been a closet. My two older ones asked me if it was a joke and was there another room. I told them no sorry that was it. We had dinner in the bricks buffet that was extremely overpriced for some chicken fingers and French fries. We also had our complimentary breakfast there. Now if you stay at a Marriott and you get breakfast at their continental breakfast everything is included. Not at Bricks Cafe. You get eggs, bacon, sausage and some potato. But if the kids want pancakes or french toast you have to pay for it. Only because they know that’s what kids like to eat so they get you there. I also paid $100.00 for valet parking. Now you would think the valet parking would be right there in front of the hotel. Nope it is all the way up the hill. The poor valet guy has to walk all that way and we have to wait forever to get the car back. Waist of money!! The park was fun. We got the Coca Cola soda refill cups. Half the machines were broken and soda tasted weird at some machines. Long wait lines to get on rides. The next problem is the park is open from 10am-5pm like whattttttttt!!!! So I had to pay for one time fast pass for 2 rides because the kids wanted to ride them. They kinda force you to get them because you don’t have enough time because the park closes at 5 and the lines for the popular rides are long. So there went $80.00 bucks. I told my wife I felt like I was at an extreme carnival park. With a few extra cool rides. The Lego landscapes were cool the 4d theater was fun.The kids had fun but at a costly expense they don’t know about . Just had that feeling of being ripped off but you had no choice because you were there and the kids were there. I don’t think will be returning to the Ny LegoLand for a long time. I’d save my money and go somewhere else hope this helps.

We will not be returning. Not the experience we were anticipating based on other Legoland parks like FL and CA. We went on Saturday, April 4. Tried to purchase the advanced active duty military tickets for buy one day get one free, but the link was broken so decided to purchase the current promo of $64 per day. Parking was the only easy thing we encountered and we arrived at 9:30 in the B lot for $35 and was literally a few extra steps from the “preferred $55” lot. We read ahead that Wagons were not allowed and purchased a double stroller for $26. We saw and counted over 15 collapsible wagons entering the park and staff just letting them go right through the main entrance without even questioning-that truly upset us because we genuinely planned and looked up the rules, didn’t think we qualified for special “accommodations” but no one questions you if you do or don’t. Each ride immediately had a 30 to 60 minute wait even though the park wasn’t busy. We would wait in line for 35 minutes and literally the line did not move. They were severely short staffed, and some rides only had one worker, who would easily take about 15 minutes for safety, height checks and getting people on and off each ride. Food lines were even more outrageously long and again 1 worker who rang you in then prepped the food taking 10-12 minutes per family to service. It was such a disappointing experience that left us so extremely frustrated from start to finish. There were only 4 skyliners working, 2 cars down and 2 cars back up to the front of the park on a busy spring break Saturday. My family purchased the $19.99 refillable souvenir cup but but several kiosks where you could refill were out of order along the park route. We felt the whole day was literally in slow motion and wondered if we were being pranked. Helpful tip-Legoland hotel quoted us at $725 a night and we stayed 8 minutes up the road at a Marriott for $145 a night and were so glad we did. If you arrive early in the morning when it opens, no breakfast places or even a quick kiosk to grab a coffee once you are in the park. Restaurants like the BBQ are closed even at 12pm. Terrible park organization, service and overall experience. Could only ride 3 rides yesterday and were there from 10-5pm (hours of the park).
