- SCStacy CDec 25, 20251.0First of all the photos are so expensive just for my skin to look discolored, my face to be weirdly edited, and for the money I paid I would assume that if your going to edit my photos atleast make them look good. I also had some college intern take my photos who honestly had no clue how to get my angles and forced me to smile like no I know my good angles. At this point just take your own photos

I took time off work to make it to the appointment in time, and had a very unfortunate experience with a tactless Prestige Portraits associate named Daniel. I kindly asked him if I could pick a song to listen to during my session because I had been at work all day and wanted to relax and get in the mood. He agreed to it but not without rolling his eyes at me and dryly replying: "yeah me too". The pictures were rushed and he kept telling me to smile even though I said I did not want full teeth in my pictures. He did not take my feedback into account in any moment and I wasted my PTO for a bunch of horrible pictures I want nothing to do with. What was supposed to be a moment for me to celebrate all my hard work became another reminder that some people are not empathetic enough, or have any interpersonal skills to work with people. If you hate your job, do something else, dude.

Finally got them and wanted retakes. 1st guy told me a date in October but that never happened. I called back today and she said January, but it’s not set. Tell your school to use another company. Terrible customer service. And good luck if you want to speak to a supervisor.
