  First time seeing Michael Jackson at the movies here, it was really decent, the front counter guy was very kind, to help us switch our seats, the theater was packed and only available seating was front row very hard to watch but he was kind enough to accommodate us. Will return

  I had a very disappointing experience when I called on Tuesday, April 28. I was simply trying to find out if the theater had The Devil Wears Prada popcorn bucket purse available. After calling multiple times, someone finally answered, but the interaction was rude and dismissive. I was told to “call back later, we’re busy” in a disrespectful tone, even though it was around 11 AM and my question would have taken just a few seconds to answer. This felt like very poor customer service, especially for a simple inquiry. As a potential first-time customer, this experience left a negative impression, and I’m now hesitant to visit or support this theater in the future.

  Great experience, sadly everything is credit card no cash, and needs to be able to understand the technology in order to place the order.

  My family really enjoys coming here. My kids are four and six. I like being able to reserve seats on the end so we can get up for our inevitable bathroom breaks without disturbing others. I like that the food/drink can be ordered ahead and delivered right to our seats so I don't have to worry about carrying popcorn and sodas while herding my kids into the theater. A really enjoyable place for a family outing!

  Decided to buy my tickets there to save on the fees. Arrived and there were 2 workers there helping one lady with her phone to try to figure out the reward system. Somehow could not do work by themselves. Painful. Finally bought my tickets via a kiosk, had wanted to ask a question prior to purchasing. The lady made it in front of me to the concession stand. So again I wait. There were 5 people behind the counter but only 1 was working at a time. Not his fault, he did great but everyone else wasn't helpful. Finally got my food and couldn't fine a large cap to the soda. And at the end, I was wondering if you could get a refill on a large popcorn, like you could at Regal, and a guy said yes. Then wouldn't help me. I asked him to do it now, but then finally he said you had to pay for it. Which is not the definition of a refill. And they wonder why we don't go to the movies that often these days.
