  Went here for the first time on valentines day. I have to say I was impressed. The burger i had was really good the fries were good. From reviews I knew to get there a little early, grab a drink, snacks, and popcorn before the show. When we sat down we ordered food on the app and had it come to our seat. You dont have to do that you can order it at the concession stand and have it sent to your seat. For the two of us we spent about $100. That included: movie, 2 meals, 2 drinks, popcorn, and a candy. We enjoyed it and i would go again. And for being a busy Saturday night and valentines it was a good experience.

  I think I'm spoiled by my own hometown theater having such amazing popcorn with real butter- the stuff here is decidedly sub-par. Regal level. Otherwise a pretty great spot. Pleasant staff, comfortable seats.

  First time at Marcus Syracuse Cinema for my birthday...Was very enjoyable...and affordable!

  used to be okay I guess given it’s one of 2 option in Syracuse for movies, but now the movie selection is usually one or 2 random new movies and then 50 reruns of old movies, and I get that this is marketing as a “nicer” theater but there is no reason in hell that a movie ticket for ONE person, should be $17.75 PLUS a $3 “fee” all before taxes, damn near $50 for 2 people to see a movie and sit on old chairs, not to mention the previews are louder than the actual movie, why am I in a theater struggling to hear the dialog of the movie? I’d say especially since the recent renovations this theater is a joke that plays movies pre approved by whatever poor taste owner/manager is in charge and is a huge waste of time and money. It’s literally cheaper to rent the movie at home even if it’s $10, order some take out, and sit on a couch with the volume up than it is to attempt to go here.

  I went here for the first time. It was interesting I was charge $38.88 for one adult sized drink, one junior sized drink, pretzel bites, and a regular popcorn yesterday at 2:25ish. I made a mistake with seat numbers and our food went to the wrong number seat. The people took our food, and when I realized I explained and they had the food out, but what’s crazy to me is there was no conversation with the people who pretended our food was theirs. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. I am appalled by the attitude I got from the people are concessions. The looks were not very pleasant especially from the manager. He looked annoyed. My bad I thought row I was 1. It was I1 - my bad. I really don’t think I’d come back. No one even asked the people who took the food why they didn’t say anything. I noticed the entire time I sat in the theatre, the volume is so loud, it hurt my ears. The experience was less than excellent. I was disappointed. I feel like I was stolen from almost because we spent over $38 on four items. I bought a junior drink because I was told I couldn’t bring a Stanley in, yet when I was walking in I saw a man with a Stanley cup and no one said anything???? I’m frustrated. I don’t recommend it.
