    This place would be so much better if the theatre's weren’t constantly disgustingly dirty. Tonight when we went we had stuff all over our tables and chairs. Had to ask someone just to wipe the sticky mess off of our seats before we sat down. We were nearly late for the movie as well, so it wasn’t for lack of time to clean. Food was good though and the lobby looks great after renovations.

    I went to see a movie at 10pm. Walked in at 9:40pm. Went to order one decaf coffee. The employee at the concession stand told me their coffee machine was down. I said okay. I then looked and it’s literally a keurig that was on with tons of pods next to it. I walked back and I asked if they could use the keurig to make me a coffee… the girl at the desk scoffs at me and complains that she just cleaned it. I’ve worked so many customer service jobs before and this was just rude. I then said well you guys are still open do you think you could make me one… the nice gentleman agreed and made me one… because he realized how ridiculous that is. The girl genuinely removed herself giving me a nasty look and talked poorly about me to another worker on the side of the concessions within earshot… lol. So ridiculous.

    They no longer deliver everything to the seats (but it didn’t say when I was ordering) so when our order never came I finally went to check and it turns out popcorns, candy, drinks none of that gets delivered so even though I ordered online for a specific time, i had to miss a lot of the movie waiting in line to pick up popcorn and drinks at concessions anyway. Service was what set this place apart, without that might as well just see a $20 movie at the mall where at least there’s better food.

    Went to see the SpongeBob Search For SquarePants movie, and The Movie was Great had issues but my REAL Complaint is the Not So 3D Experience, and the reason why Im putting 2 stars is because, I went to see a 3D Projector SPONGEBOB movie and ended up seeing a 2d Movie with a Awkwardly Cropped Screen, Projector told me to put on my 3D Glasses I thought I was tripping when it didn’t work, As I was at the End of the movie it became clear this movie WASN’T 3D, I dunno maybe I’ll Try seeing it in Theaters at The Destiny USA MALL At Regal Cinema instead.Sound quality also felt too quiet, I asked the staff about it and he told me he wasn’t aware the movie was being played in 3D at the Place, No diss to him he was Chill, Anyways I had to go cause I had an Uber, but yeah 2 stars. And Their Ordering Website stopped working, I figured ordering food and letting some staff know about the 3D problem, but the Website stopped working… Not even My Data got their Website to work…

    This was one of the worst theater experiences I’ve ever had, and it happened on my daughter’s birthday, which made it even more disappointing. The order-to-seat feature on the app didn’t work at all, which already caused delays. Then when I went to order milkshakes, I was told they no longer offer them — fine. The kid at the counter said they did have funnel stick sundaes or brownie sundaes, so I ordered three. When the waiter finally came, he only brought funnel sticks with no ice cream. I explained that I ordered sundaes, and he told me I’d have to go back and order three sides of ice cream — which would’ve cost more than the original sundaes. I don’t mind paying for what we order, but at the very least they should have figured out how to fix the mistake without making me miss the entire movie. Instead, the manager made everything worse. Rather than correcting the issue, they made me do a full refund and reorder the entire order, as if I was the one who messed it up. By the time the ice cream finally came, the kids were already done with the funnel sticks and the movie was over. I spent almost the entire film running back and forth dealing with mistakes I didn’t cause. The manager’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and the whole situation ruined what should have been a fun birthday outing. For the prices they charge, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. This experience completely ruined our movie night.
