Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I was frustrated with the service — one girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. I spoke with her twice, and both times she was unprofessional, wild, and rude in her tone and attitude. The number of my guests changed several times, and I understand that can be inconvenient, but all I expected was polite communication. I want to note that Milana, who helped me with the initial reservation, was very kind, professional, and helpful — she truly did her best. However, the second front desk girl I dealt with later was the complete opposite — careless, disrespectful, and dismissive. When I called to make changes, she spoke to me as if she were doing me a favor, instead of simply helping me as part of her job. It made me feel foolish for expecting proper assistance, even though that’s what any guest deserves. The birthday itself went well — the waiters, music, and atmosphere were wonderful. But that rude girl at the front desk completely ruined my mood from the start. I really wish such a great place had more respectful and welcoming staff . I don’t think I’ll ever celebrate my birthday at Sky Wise again.

We tried the fried rice, crab dumplings, the Playboy burger, and the orange chicken , each dish was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The prices were also very fair for the quality and size of the portions. What really made the visit special was our server, Gülsat. She was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She checked in at the right times, gave great recommendations, and had such a friendly attitude that it truly elevated the whole experience. Overall, amazing food, great value, and outstanding service. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
