When we got there, we were told that party reservations could only be made through email. We sent the email right away, but it took five days to get a response — and by then, we were told the time we wanted wasn’t available. It felt very unprofessional and poorly organized. The place itself looks fun, but our experience trying to plan a party there was frustrating and far from smooth.
