The hookah quality is top-notch — smooth pulls, great flavor variety, and perfectly prepared every time (no harshness or constant coal changes needed). The staff are super friendly, attentive, and clearly know their craft. They take the time to make sure your setup is perfect and that you’re enjoying your session.

Perfect spot to relax with friends after a long day. The hookah here is easily some of the best I’ve had in the area. Smooth pulls, great flavor selection, and the staff really know what they’re doing. They always check in to keep the coals fresh and make sure your session stays perfect. I tried the Persian bunny hookah and the Dubai vibe hookah and it was amazing — lasted a long time and hit just right. The food is also top-notch. Everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The burgers, wings and fries were delicious, and the appetizers were perfect for sharing as well as the best signature dishes around the area. Service was outstanding — everyone was super friendly and attentive without hovering. You can tell they actually care about making sure you’re having a good time. Overall, sands of Persia has become one of my go-to spots for a chill night out. Great food, smooth hookah, and a really comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for date nights or just hanging with friends.

When I went to confront the owner, he knew what he was doing and is trying to make an extra buck by overcharging. There are many 1 star reviews stating the same experience I’ve had here. Please save yourself and do not come here. Openly robbing people is awful. No shame and unethical business practices.
