  I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Todd Bailey (Photo & Videographer). The overall experience was marred by his arrogance and unprofessionalism. The video he made was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like professional videography at all. When I expressed my concerns about certain shots or requested adjustments, instead of addressing them constructively, he responded rudely. Rather than engaging in a conversation, he simply replied, "OK, do not hire us next time," and then stopped responding to my messages altogether. My family and I were deeply upset because we now lack proper memories of this special occasion due to his poor work. We trusted him as a professional, which allowed us to focus on enjoying the event, never expecting the results to be this disappointing. His dismissive and unprofessional response only worsened the situation. I strongly advise against hiring Todd Bailey. No one should have to experience this kind of frustration with a photographer or videographer. Please think twice before working with him. In a creative field where communication and collaboration are essential, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I left the experience feeling disrespected and frustrated. There are plenty of talented professionals out there who value and respect their clients—unfortunately, Todd Bailey is not one of them.
