The game master, Zach, was very helpful without being too helpful; he struck exactly the right balance, even the couple of times that we had to buzz him in to give us hints when we were stuck! I would absolutely recommend ALL IN, first and last and always, for any escape room explorer — from the absolute novice to the complete expert!
