  The theater we sat in was big. The stairs were kind of hard for me to maneuver because of an injury. I didn’t realize my family had bought tickets at the top row. The chairs are adjustable and roomie. This helped me sit through the movie comfortably. Volume was good not too loud. The self-serve snack bar was clean and stocked. I got kettle corn my favorite crunchy hot fresh. There are movie themed popcorn buckets for sale. Also blankets which I thought is nice in case you forgot yours at home. I enjoyed this theater staff was nice and helpful. Oh and the surrounding area outside of theater is very nice. My sons enjoyed the outside theater and faux grass area.

  I’ve been a Cinemark member for decades and have always enjoyed my experiences with the company especially this location back when it was part of the little mall. Unfortunately, the last few visits here have been really disappointing. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The employee clearly told the manager “pepperoni pizza” right in front of me. After waiting about 5–10 minutes, another staff member (who was very polite and not at fault) came out to tell me they only had jalapeño or cheese. When I mentioned what I had ordered, the manager immediately blamed the employee and said, “She never said what pizza,” which is simply not true. It was frustrating to watch a manager throw an employee under the bus instead of taking responsibility. This isn’t a one-off issue. Every time this same manager is working, there’s some kind of problem. The rest of the staff, including the kitchen employee, have always been kind and helpful, but the concessions manager is consistently rude and makes customers feel like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re not prepared to hear things like “the oven is broken,” “we’re out of pepperoni,” or “the kitchen is closed”even at 8 p.m. I want to be clear that I’ve never had a negative experience with Cinemark overall, only at this specific location, and specifically when this manager is on duty. On top of that, the concession floors were sticky and dirty despite having a manager present. This location has so much potential, but it’s being held back by poor management and a lack of care for customer service. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when I do, it’s because the experience truly warrants it.
