  The best experience this trip was the actual movie. Sounds like it should right? So why the bad review? From the second we walked up the trash was overflowing onto the ground, outside. We walked in and from the front door you could see nothing but mess. Trashes were all overflowing, floors were absolutely covered in popcorn and other bits of small trash. When we went to fill our drinks all the lids and stock were empty except for one spot. So you had to climb over people. Each soda machine was so full of ice you couldn’t get your cup in to fill it. After I got ice I understood why. Trying to get ice it would dump enough to completely fill a large cup and you had to pour half of it out so you could actually get liquid in the cup. Then the soda (no flavoring) I got just stopped working and was suddenly unavailable so I had to dump my 1/3 of liquid out and start all over. Mean while this whole area was gross also. As we went through the ticket area to the theater it was all just as bad. There was no one even attempting to clean anything. Custodial carts left out because garbages were full. As someone who cleans professionally I was about to just ask for a vacuum to start cleaning. It was awful. If everything I saw was this bad what about the stuff I couldn’t? Food prep, storage, etc.?

  Box office employees are always nice, however the concessions are very lacking in good customer service. I’m here every month and more often than not the employees are too busy texting or talking to each other to acknowledge me. I gave up on even purchasing anything since they didn’t even say a simple one moment or anything and kept on texting and talking.

  Parking is weird here it's all in the back and you have to walk around to get in the front doors. Don't know why they put that big plaza in front and took away the parking. The theaters are smaller and the lounge chairs with trays are great. Lots of stairs so I would suggest getting tickets and picking seats ahead of time if you don't want to have to negotiate them. Unfortunately the popcorn was stale and not worth the price. Saw a great movie with a great sound system.

  Not bad matinee prices. Clean theaters, I loved the punchy audio and the screen wast crystal clear. Very enjoyable experience all around.
