  Honestly terrible service inside the Mandalay Bay location. The staff were too busy socializing to acknowledge customers at the bar trying to order. Don’t come here, drinks are mediocre and service was terrible. Try an alternate location.

  Cute ice bar located in Vegas! I highly recommend going. Cover charge of $25-30 for general admission to get in. Pay for drinks inside, I liked the watermelon drink quite a bit and served in an ice cup. They give you a coat and gloves, but to maximize longevity dream warm (jeans, hoodie, beanie, etc). Ladies I don’t recommend heals in here. The whole place is made out of ice.

  My husband and I received recommendations to attend the ice bar. We have a great but short experience. I would say the whole experience is taking pictures with the ice sculptures

  I absolutely have to take a moment to thank Kate. My family and I visited the Minus 5 Ice Bar at Mandalay Bay around 8:30–8:45 PM using a GoCity pass, which grants access to many attractions over two days. When we arrived, we were initially denied entry due to a private event, which was adults-only. The GoCity app doesn’t mention time restrictions for children—it simply states, “show your pass, access granted”—so we were a bit disappointed. Kate was phenomenal. She carefully reviewed our voucher, understood what wasn’t displayed on the app, and recognized our situation. She took it upon herself to make an executive decision, telling us that if we returned the next day at 11, she would personally ensure we could use our pass. Her compassion, empathy, and grace turned a potentially frustrating experience into an amazing one. Kate was professional, personable, and genuinely kind. She listened to understand, offered a solution without hesitation, and smiled through the whole process. The Savage Squad truly appreciates her effort and care. I also want to commend another young lady on her shift with Kate—she had long black hair, and my daughter really enjoyed interacting with her. The customer service at Minus 5 Ice Bar was absolutely top tier. We traveled all the way from Indiana, and thanks to their incredible team, we will definitely be back
