At the intersection of art, life, and magic, The Chandelier houses three unique experiences: a high-energy hot spot, a sophisticated cocktail haven, and an inviting lounge.
The Chandelier is praised for its beautiful and unique ambiance, making it a popular spot for drinks and socializing.
Service Quality
Customer experiences with service are mixed; while some report excellent service, others mention slow or rude interactions, particularly with specific staff members.
Drink Quality
The drinks are generally well-received, with some unique offerings like the Verbena, but there are complaints about inconsistency and high prices.
Crowd Management
The venue often experiences crowding, leading to long waits for seating and service, which detracts from the overall experience.

Latest 2026 review. Come to Vegas 2-4 times a year every year and visit the Chandelier bar for a Verbena every time. 2-3 times this n a single visit. Cosmo is great as usual. BUT the head bartender that changed the recipe on the Verbena needs to be fired! You messed up a great experience. Thanks for nothing!

Not really a nightclub — more like the coolest bar you've ever been to. Three levels inside a massive chandelier of crystal beads. Each level has a different vibe. The secret menu "Verbena" cocktail that makes your mouth tingle is legendary — you MUST try it. No cover, no dress code. One of the most unique bars in the world.

The Chandelier is a must-go place. Carve out enough time to sit and enjoy some drinks, and if they're not super, super busy (which they usually are) be sure to chat with the bartenders. They've got great stories; G (a bartender there), in particular, makes some of the best drinks on the strip.

Really disappointed with my experience. A server added a tip to my bill without my permission, and I only noticed it after checking my bank account. That’s completely unacceptable — tips should always be chosen by the customer, not entered without consent. Because of this, I won’t be coming back. Make sure you check your receipts carefully if you visit.

first night was amazing. We stopped for a few drinks at the bar. Service was nice. Drinks were good nothing to complain about. Mind you were staying at the hotel for four days. The second night comes around we want to order some drinks before we go to the food court, and we are approached by a bartender named Spencer. Without any hello or hi, he immediately asks for all of our IDs ( haven't even ordered any drinks), which is not a problem but I felt it was a little passive aggressive since we were here yesterday and we did not get this type of service. Anyway, one of our friend forgets her id (smh) and goes to get it from our hotel room and the two of us stay and sit. The bar is packed. We asked to move a chair and he says technically we're not allowed to do that and stays silent..... I had to be the bigger person and say OK we won't do it next time but if it's OK, can we do it right now he says fine. At this point I'm getting very disgusting rude vibes from him, but I keep going since you know we're staying here for four days. We order some drinks. I order a margarita my girlfriend orders a gin and tonic, everything is fine until we order our last round and I want to try a martini which mind you, this is one of my first times ordering a martini. I am only 23 but that shouldn't be a problem because you know I am of age and booked and paid for this hotel myself...............
So I asked him to make me a martini and he goes "WELL WHAT KIND" "THERES DIFFERENT KINDS" at this point I knew he he was just disrespectful, passive aggressive, and overall had no communication skills with any type of difficult situation, as someone who was young and also works in the food industry, and wanted to order one of my first martinis, he was extremely rude and unhelpful... again his name was Spencer. I immediately got very emotional and felt like I needed to leave the bar because it was such a rude response and even after that he continues to name, different martinis aggressively "THERES LEMON DROP, THEIRS SOME WITH GIN, VODKA, STRAIGHT, DIRTY" while he stares at me to give him an answer. I say I'm not sure and then he continues the aggressive answer. My girlfriend had to calm me down in this moment just because it was so disgusting how he was talking to me that I even remembered his name. We left and went to the lobby bar and got amazing service, by a buffer white dude with tattoos and I asked him to make me a dirty martini. All I had to say was that and he made me something amazing. Crazy how it wasn't a problem downstairs, but it was a super huge problem for Spencer. overall, I loved staying at the cosmopolitan, but Spencer at the chandelier bar definitely was extremely unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude, and I hope to never see him again.
