Multiple seniors at our high school received yearbook portraits from this company where their eyes appear misaligned or pointing in different directions, even though that is not how they look in real life. The same issue shows up across many students photographed by the same photographer, so this is clearly a camera or editing problem — not individual appearance. These are permanent yearbook photos families paid for, and students are now stuck with embarrassing images in a once-in-a-lifetime publication. We have contacted the company requesting retakes and corrections. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, because right now the quality control is unacceptable for a professional school photography service. Tip:

Showed up. The lady was not overly friendly but no problem, I don’t need a best friend. I explained to the lady that I needed to go grab my daughter’s jeans and if I got back within the allocated time ( get hour) would she still be able to get this outfit in . Side note : I asked because sometimes in ur shoots , they consider part of the time that ur in there as time to go over photos) and I felt like we may only have about 15 min left when I get back. She proceeds to tell me “ if the other student doesn’t show up for their appt or isn’t on time” I said “ it will be within her hour so I’m not sure why the other student getting to their spot on time had to do with my daughter’s paid time “ So she then proceeds to be pushy and say “ so u want not the ultimate but the popular “ I said “ uuumm nooooo I want the ultimate “ She said “ but u don’t have the jeans I said “ I’m going to get them, she wants those jeans “ And she literally gave me some weird death stare. So I hurry ( like any mom) … and I get a call from my daughter. Mom,” I have to pay her. “ Me: “ i’m paying with my credit card can I just pay when I get back?” She wouldn’t allow that . No consideration whatsoever. Side note: not her problem… I really didn’t have extra actual money for the senior pictures that I scrambled together to afford… That’s why I really wanted to use my credit card instead to hold that $50 for something else I may need until I get paid. Like to pay a bill, you can’t use a credit card. You have to use actual money. But, to save face, I just did it anyway. I transferred the money to my daughter and she paid it… However, has she not have Apple Pay or her team debit card then I guess we would’ve just lost the photo shoot while I was just trying to go home and get the jeans for her. So then, of course, the whole time we are there this lady has this very disgusting attitude like the blank death stare. ….. lexpressionless but fine because at that point, I didn’t want her to speak to me anyway. Then the actual photographer( booooooring) but ok ….i guess energy isn’t required. She was acceptable at first. However, when my daughter asked me about a specific backdrop… I did not hear the first few that she said so when I walked back over, I asked her to repeat the first few, and she kind of like, let out a deep sigh and shrugged her shoulders and flipped around like it was a real problem for me to ask her to do that… Also… No one ever said that it’s protocol that there’s somebody else getting their photo shoot done at the same time… I have never been to a shoot in life where there is another person at the same photo shoot And mind you I never asked them for extra time but now my daughter wants a certain backdrop and they’re telling us we have to wait till the other girl is done, but that’s impeding on the hour that we paid for ….that was quite confusing. time was one of the things she specified when it came to me getting the jeans… So why should my daughter have to wait on a backdrop during her time? On the way home, my daughter said while I was out, she simply asked the photographer. Could she retake pictures and the lady thought that she was asking if she could take them right then, and the ladies’s response was “” I can’t keep shooting the same thing however we’ll do it a few more times” And that really wasn’t even what my daughter was asking, but it was her response. It was kind of like just offputting. Their personalities were terrible, the experience was terrible. Yes, there was a miscommunication… My daughter thought she had her jeans. I didn’t ask for any extra time and I didn’t ask for any favors… Had my daughter not had Apple Pay or her card we would not have been able to do that shoot and that was unfair for $50 that I would’ve paid as soon as I got back. I would never recommend this place… could be a good studio if you had better photogs and a better situation. In my life… never been in a photo shoot where I had to share my space when I was paying… And my photographers have always energetic…not frumps

Reached out to customer service to get pricing as it's not listed on the website (why?). The agent asked me for my name, school, access code, etc, etc. I told her no less than 3x I am just trying to get pricing to schedule a studio session, not through my school. Keeps asking me if I received an email from my school. Told her no I googled photography studios in Las Vegas and just want pricing for studio sessions, this is not through my school. She told me my school is not scheduled for grad photos but that I can schedule a studio session....... *crickets* *slowly blinks eyes* Not having the pricing listed was already stupid as is. But having to go back and fourth for 15 minutes with your customer service rep to just be told to schedule a studio session and not answer the singular question I had was top tier.
