Had a great time and enjoyed a couple of cocktails out of glasses made of ice, while sitting on a bench made of ice, in a room surrounded by ice. The detail on some of the carvings and just the overall experience being in a very cold room surrounded by so much carved ice was fun and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Somehow now it’s my responsibility to get it reimbursed and pay for the visit, ridiculous. Please don’t sell your tickets through a third party if you cannot honor them.
