We were enjoying the movie until the very end when two employees entered the theater with phone flashlights to help someone look for a lost item. Unfortunately, this happened right during the climax of the film, which was very distracting and caused us to miss the resolution. I completely understand that lost items need to be found, but it would be much better if this was done between showings so it doesn’t interrupt other guests’ experience. Hopefully management can address this moving forward, because otherwise it’s a nice theater.
