Preroll is very long and has more commercials than trailers. It is nice that the seats have independently controlled leg rest and recline.

The other recliner went up but wouldn’t go back down, making it very uncomfortable throughout the movie. I tried calling the Cinemark 1-800 number for assistance, and no one answered even after I stayed on the line for over an hour. Very poor customer service and a very bad overall experience. I expected much better from Cinemark.
