  The theatre management and employees so unprofessional both management and employees have very poor customer service. I go to any other cinemark but this location unless they improve management and customer service. Until then I take business elsewhere. This has been going on for 3 years I had enough.

  The movie I saw, LOTR The Fellowship of the Ring 2026 event film, was screened without any issues technically. I give the theatre 3 stars out of 5 for the following three reasons however. First, during the screening of the film, 2 people were audibly talking away. I had to tell them to quiet down. If they didn't, I planned to leave & inquire about a refund. I understand that isn't the movie theatres fault, however I determined there were no signs or anything encouraging theatre goers to be respectful to other guests & the movies themselves. So people who go to this theatre might think it's a social hangout experience instead of a movie experience. It's also possible fans of LOTR think everyone has seen all three films in theatre before, however I have not seen The Fellowship in theatre before today. So that's not true. Second, the theatre severed me popcorn that was room temperature. It tasted fine, but it was not even warm. This was the first time I got movie theatre popcorn since at least 2015 due to personal reasons, however I was surprised. I am not sure if room temperature popcorn is the normal therefore these days. I know back in 2015 and before it was normal to be served hot to warm popcorn. The hot dog I got was hot however, & obviously the bottled water was fine too. Third, before I left after the movie, I inquired at the box office about the tickets and wether they print higher quality ones ever. The box office attendant answered but then gave me a confused look when I explained I was going to buy tickets for a Kpop concert film (Stray Kids) if they printed higher quality ones later in the day. I asked this because last year around this time they did just that, where they alternated between low quality tickets and higher quality tickets when I got tickets for The Winning Kpop concert film. I didn't expect a confused look when explaining why I asked. I thought, you don't want to sell more tickets? I was going to buy a ticket for the movie anyways also, for a noon screening, but decided not to because of the confused look I got. Of note too, there was no line at that time of my inquiry. That's the reason why I inquired & explained, I would not waste their business time otherwise. About the tickets, they did print tickets today that are on a just a bit higher quality than receipt paper tickets, but still low quality. As that is the normal for 2026 per my knowledge, that is not a reason why I gave three stars, but the other reasons listed above. Thank you for reading & considering this review.
