When we paid and told him we had combo 2, he just rolled his eyes and said, “Doesn't matter, do you see the price in the combo sign? No, right? Is because it doesn't matter” in a snippy way, why he has to rolled his eyes? I thought that was unnecessary. The place is pretty big, but I’d rather go to Icone in San Mateo or Regal. They’re nicer and more respectful, plus their prices are more reasonable—like $31 for popcorn, soda, and a candy—which I wouldn't mind if their staff were friendlier. FYI: Icon in San Mateo has free refill on popcorn 🍿

- EDEric DominguezDec 17, 20254.0It's a very nice theater, I love the layout, the popcorn is good, the concession station and line is well built and played out perfectly. The theaters are nice, some of the better projectors of the other theaters in the city, the sound is also nice. The seats can be up and down, they are all nice and reclining but sometimes I find them sticky or a little uncomfortable like the support on the inside of the chair has broken or snapped out of place. Although I have a few gripes, I wish this theater would pick up more indie or smaller films, there's a lot of smaller films that get very limited theater distribution and considering this theaters location and decent prices I think some smaller films would be popular. Other thing to note is, I showed up to this theater a few years ago for Oppenheimer and I was able to watch the film in 70mm, it was a great experience and the theater was packed. They don't show films in 70mm here anymore and I was wondering if the projector was rented due to the size of the movie but I would love films to be shown in 70mm here permanently, the theater was packed for Oppenheimer and I know many people would jump on the opportunity, I would even pay more to see a movie in that format and I know others would too. Overall a good experience I haven't had an outright bad experience at this theater but I would love for them to do things to excel beyond the other theaters in the city and to shed a light on smaller films.
