  I have done OVER 100 escape rooms in NJ and PA and this was HANDS DOWN the worst escape room experience I’ve ever encountered. Zero help from staff. The room was falling apart. The entire place is completely open so it’s very loud. Asked for clues and didn’t get any help. Paid the same price as many other escape rooms for a below zero rated room. Do not come here. There are much better places to spend your money. I would have rated this negative points if I was able to :(

  I visited this place with my wife. Jessie and Audrey greeted us at the door, and they are so incredibly nice. It felt like talking to old friends we had just met. We tried the Zombie Apocalypse and, unfortunately, failed at saving the world😅🤦🏻‍♂️. We didn’t want to ask for hints because we were eager to figure everything out on our own. Well we got pretty close😂

  We had a fantastic time doing 2 of the escape rooms! We did the black ops and the Harry Houdini rooms. They were both difficult but so much fun. Jesse was such a great host, she worked with us throughout the process, explaining everything we needed to know and helping with hints whenever we were stuck on something. I would highly recommend checking them out!

  Absolutely loved our time here & everything about this place! It was smooth sailing & they were very so helpful! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Audrey , Jessy & Neil ! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better ! Definitely will be back!

  Finally getting around to write our review! Being as fair as possible - this business doesn’t run escape rooms as “traditional” as some may expect but that does not mean the rooms themselves don’t have challenges and aren’t fun! The staff is friendly and engaging and passionate about helping the teams that are playing. They’re not as technologically advanced (no cameras in the room, no game player screen for communication) but I don’t think that’s a big deal! Some may even prefer it! The rooms are not fully enclosed to accommodate players who may struggle with rises of anxiety in small spaces which again, some may prefer! Of course, on the down side our group did a more difficult room (Houdini) according to the business and didn’t find it all too challenging, though there were moments. We didn’t ask for any hints until the end and it was due to accidentally solving the final puzzle before a task that was supposed to be solved prior (oops!). There were moments we were stuck but only briefly and as other reviews say all of the tasks are lockbox related. Overall, I do think these sort of rooms may not be as enjoyable for more “seasoned” players but that doesn’t make the whole experience bad. I think for the price point is fair for what you get, the game was still fun and there were times we really had to work as a group to get to the finish line. We didn’t feel as if we wasted our time or money, and we got plenty of laughs and quality time which is the whole point right? Some tips for those who read the reviews if they really care for customer feedback: - we like the gamekeeper coming in the room! It’s different sure but we thought it was cute. We do feel as if the team should be allowed to pause their time while they wait though because getting out in time is the whole objective and it isn’t fully fair to wait for the staff while you’re stuck and your time runs down. - we felt as if to make it more challenging is to give out “mode” options for players (extreme - no hints, difficult - hint limit, beginner - unlimited hints) - it would be nice (if you can make it happen) to add a variety of puzzles not just locks and keys, though it may be difficult to already made rooms just something to consider for future room designs. (We didn’t play any other rooms but since Houdini is marketed as one of the most difficult we felt as if the puzzles should represent that a bit more) - the one hint we did take was really more like a giveaway and maybe some groups do want that but we felt as if getting the answer kind of took away the fun. Maybe gamekeepers should ask before basically giving the answer depending on how stuck a particular group may be? Overall, we as group said we’d come back and try other rooms especially if we weren’t looking for something incredibly challenging and more just a good, cheaper option.
