Cinemark was a lovely surprise: bright lobby with lots of food options, friendly staff who seemed to be enjoying working. Comfy seats in the theater. Will be back!

- LDLaura DegenhardtJan 2, 20261.0I am really disappointed in our experience at this theatre. My kids just became of age to enjoy a movie. I had just spent over $75 on tickets and refreshments. When we got the to check in the woman scanning told me I could not enter with my outside drink. I did not feel comfortable telling her I needed it because I had just taken medication. I insisted I needed to keep it and she told me I could speak to a manager. We were already close to start of the movie so I tossed it unfortunately. I couldn't enjoy the movie after that. I think its unreasonable to spend that kind of money and have no flexibility in allowing one outside drink for this reason. It really shouldn't have even been made a big deal and she could've let me through.

We purchased tickets for the wrong location, but the Willowbrook mall location would not allow us to exchange them. The manager admitted that this problem happens frequently, but still refused to help us exchange tickets. I have been to other cinemark locations that are very helpful and accommodating. I do not recommend this location.
