  Unprofessional and disrespectful staff at the ticket scan booth - denied entry to see The Bride because I did not have my wallet + ID with me. First time being “carded” at the theater and when working to be compliant by showing a picture of my ID, abruptly told it needs to be a physical copy. Manager was condescending and spoke to me as if I’d never been to this location or to a movie theater in general. As a grown adult, this was highly uncomfortable for me to experience. Overall, the staff displayed discriminatory behavior with no credible basis as to the enforcement. Typically this would be done to verify age but it was clear that was not the intent.

  3 completely different days and all I gotta say is don’t be surprised if you ever see mickey mouse running around, what a horrendous movie theatre with prices 5x up but it’s like watching a movie in a zoo

  I am very disappointed in this establishment. This movie theater fell off BAD. The cleanliness rating is a 0/10. There was popcorn and candy all over the floors from the concession stand to the theater room. To make matters worst their were mice in the theater!!! NEVER WILL I COME BACK HERE. This place is disgusting, dont even waste your money. I guess customer service and housekeeping is a thing of the past. After notifying one of the workers they said it’s an infestation and can’t do anything about it. You should be ashamed to even admitting that to your customer.

  MICE … MICE .. MICE INFESTATION!!! Me & my husband were watching a movie & saw multiple MICE!! We went and told a worker and they are aware of the problem….

  I have been coming to this theatre for years and was even part of the rewards program. After multiple times of having issues I will not be coming back. Last time I went and saw two rats running down the aisle. The past two times I have also been here they have given me and my sister issues about identification. I recently got my license and the dmv is mailing me my ID but I had a photo of my paper license and they wouldn't allow me to use it. They also wouldn't let my sister use her permit as a form of identification to show her name and birth date. What 16 year old has a formal id from the dmv. Save your time and go down 22 to the mountainside AMC.
