  Lobby was very dirty. I had to wash the bottom of my shoes when I got home. Bathroom was also dirty.

  Definitely never coming back 😭.. I was watching reminders of him last night and something kept moving at the corner of my eye by the walk lights and once I stayed looking I noticed mice. That’s actually insane.. I started to freak out and wanted to leave but there was 40 minutes left. I had to stay so it’s not a waste of money, tho keeping my eye on the area because God forbid they get on the seats .. so uncomfortable cus I couldn’t concentrate on the movie ! Doesn’t help when there’s food on the floor that clearly wasn’t cleaned up prior to the movie. This was worse than the group of 4 girls who wouldn’t shut up and kept laughing and talking and being on their phones. I wish staff would be more present to tell others to keep quiet and respect the movie theatre etiquette.

  Unprofessional and disrespectful staff at the ticket scan booth - denied entry to see The Bride because I did not have my wallet + ID with me. First time being “carded” at the theater and when working to be compliant by showing a picture of my ID, abruptly told it needs to be a physical copy. Manager was condescending and spoke to me as if I’d never been to this location or to a movie theater in general. As a grown adult, this was highly uncomfortable for me to experience. Overall, the staff displayed discriminatory behavior with no credible basis as to the enforcement. Typically this would be done to verify age but it was clear that was not the intent.
