No one greeted us, to even offer us a meal or take our order. I traveled far just for the experience and it wasn’t nothing like I imagined. On top of that, they make you pay up front before the food even comes, which is crazy considering how bad it was. It's amazing the food is delicious and especially the service everyone is so nice and Michael from the front desk is amazing he helped alot making us feel welcomed. If you get the premium plus seats you get a waitress they are so nice and amazing the movie screen quality is very good.[ little pricey but so worth it !] It's an amazing place to come back again. The bathroom is clean and very organized very beautiful. I would recommend the filet mignon it comes in a hamburger style but so yummy and the churros is 😍! Thank you to Michael again. Everyone is doing a great job. First time here but not last one.
- AZazii zeeDec 21, 20251.0If you are not getting the premium seats DO NOT spend your money coming here. The seats DO NOT recline your neck will hurt looking up. I came to see Avatar 3D and was in row B. The glasses they gave a DID NOT work the whole row could not see.. I was so excited to come see this movie but this whole experience was so disappointing. Especially when you are coming out of your way to this theater.. It’s crazy how this seats don’t recline especially to how CLOSEEE you are to the screen. I have NEVER been to a theater where the seats don’t recline. IPIC do better and remove these rows close up or change out your seats to RECLINE!
- COChary OliveroDec 21, 20251.0I’ve visited this movie theater several times, and during my most recent visit I had a small portion of leftover food from my lunch in my bag. I understand that outside food is generally not permitted. While seated in the theater, I even purchased food from the establishment. A staff member noticed me briefly eating my leftovers and informed me that outside food isn’t allowed. I acknowledged that and apologized. A few minutes later, management approached me stating that if I didn’t put the food away, I would be removed from the theater. What concerned me most is that the waitress misrepresented the situation to management, claiming she had told us to put the food away, which was not true. She only stated that outside food is not allowed; she never instructed us to remove or discard it. On top of that, a family seated directly next to me also had outside food. Instead of being threatened with removal, they were kindly offered refrigeration for their items. The inconsistency in how situations like this are handled was surprising and felt unfair.
