It didn’t feel very crowded but we went on a Monday morning. The gift shop was cute but small. The sort my 9 & 5 year old liked was the mini play space. While me and my husband didn’t think anything of it, the kids enjoyed themselves little playbreak.

Had to wait for digital photo "vip" card to get photos done that the ticket person never gave. Noone was in the virtual reality station for us to get started or anything done. Waste of time and money. No staff or support anywhere to be found and when asking people at register they "page someone" and waited a while for noone to show up.
