  Very poor experience with this photography company. They failed to send me the proof of my son’s school photo, so I had to take the initiative to follow up. I first tried using the chat box on their website, but never received a reply. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that expecting a response through the chat was “pointless” because no one monitors it. The first person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t find my son’s photo because she spelled his name incorrectly. She sent me an email about it, but it came from a no-reply address, so I couldn’t even respond with the correct information. I had to call again the next day and explain everything all over again to someone else, who was just as dismissive and rude. Throughout the process, both people I spoke with seemed annoyed by any questions I asked, and I couldn’t help but feel that my accent only made them more impatient. At one point, they even suggested I just look at my son’s school ID photo instead—as if that were an acceptable substitute. I was promised the proof would be sent the next day, but that deadline has come and gone, and I still haven’t received anything. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly quite disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Used them as my daughter grew up and was very happy. Tried to book an appointment in November for my granddaughters first birthday. Outside pics close in October. Closed for lunch middle of day. Difficult to schedule any appropriate time for a one year old. Had to decide to go with someone else. Not accommodating at all!

  Very disappointed in my son's sports photo. There was a LARGE shadow on my son's arm (photographer error). I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied, their customer service was even more disappointing. They offered me the option of coming in to their studio for retakes (which would be an inconvenience) or returning the photos for a refund (which would leave me with nothing). Both options would be an inconvenience to me. Any business with any knowledge of good customer service would offer an immediate refund (the woman on the phone acknowledged the shadow). The photos themselves were $24, I am not concerned about the money, it's the principle. Apparently, having a satisfied customer is not worth that to them. I'm just going to forget about the money and display the poor photo that has their name printed on the bottom.
