There are a good amount of people that live there and plenty of people who like to have a drink. Whether it’s a straight discount or a discount on a certain night. Could be some built in weekly business for you guys.

It is such a comfortable/welcome area and the bartenders were awesome! They did a great job constantly checking on us to make sure we were doing okay on our drinks and asking what else we would like. We went right after a concert, so it was semi-busy but overall we had a great experience. I love the little lounging area as well!
