  I see 3–4 movies a month here, and while Marcus is more budget-friendly than the competition, the benefits no longer outweigh the frustration. I’ve sent several emails and completed multiple surveys about these issues to no avail, so I’m sharing this publicly. The pre-movie joke by Greg Marcus about phone etiquette with a stunt double does nothing to curb distractions, trying to play light on a real situation shows that the CEO is so out of touch with the experience. I’ve been in far too many screenings where people are texting or even answering phone calls. When I complain, I’m told staff is "trained to de-escalate," but I shouldn't have to leave the movie I paid for to go find an employee to do their job. Staff should be proactive with theater checks, not reactive. To make matters worse, there are off-duty police officers stationed here every weekend, but they are often seen playing solitaire, surfing YouTube, or chatting it up with the managers by the cafe while kids run wild through the halls and theaters. I’m not saying I’ll never visit again, but I’m definitely moving away from exclusively using Marcus. The lower price point isn't worth the constant distractions and lack of professional oversight. It’s time to start enforcing the rules rather than just joking about them.

  Cheap on Tuesdays, cleaning crew was using the same brooms on the arm rests and the floor unfortunately.

  The theatre is well decorated. They have somewhat reasonable prices and selections. The bathrooms are well-cleaned. I love the reclining seats.

  if you are in a wheelchair and have a bladder, would NOT reccomend going here. IT IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT IN THE BATHROOMS. my mother, who is in a wheelchair, could HARDLY even get IN to the restrooms. there is a stall placed directly in the path and completly limits wheelchair users from going in. the pocket under the sink for her to put her legs? the used it as storage for wet floor signs. she could not get her legs under there. the soap dispenser is on the mirror and too far out of reach for her to get to. in the "wheelchair accessible" stall, the toilet is on the wrong side, so you cant even back into the stall properly. dont expect transferring to be easy no matter if you manage to back in or have to go in facing foward, for the stall is too small with the toilet being where it is. also, the entrance doors are only just wide enough to fit a wheelchair through with 1 door open. wheelchair/accessibility button only opens one door. it should really be opening two doors to make room for wider wheelchairs. manual wheelchair ARE NOT THE ONLY KIND OF CHAIR. I find this to be completly abhorrent and abelist and it IS FAKE ACCESSIBILITY.
