The place kind of restored my faith in going to the movies. Because lately the experience has been lacking. I will for sure keep this location a priority for the next film I see.

I am attaching SS's of a video I took of a dead mouse found behind my chair in theater 5. I wish I could post the video. I looked behind the chairs to see if mine was plugged in due to it not reclining. I found this mouse and alot of popcorn and snacks behind the chairs. We alerted staff and they just came behind our chairs and sweeped the mouse up.

- JJJay JohonNov 2, 20251.0Age restrictions are very frustrating. I am 16 going to be 17 very soon and was not let into the movie. The chainsaw man movie is animated and they would not let me attend. I was with my 17 year old friend who I went to elementary school with. ( same grade) I had parent permission and was on the phone with them and was still denied. And instead of giving me a refund I was only given a crappy gift card. Apparently they had zero cash in the entire building. ( did not ask) Something similar happened last year when I was attending the dead pool movie. Out of all my friends I was soloed out and asked for a id. I drive myself to the movie and to work which pays for that ticket. I am allowed to see a drawing I have been looking forward to.
- LFLucas FriezeOct 17, 20251.0Just went to a movie last night and our theater was disgusting, it smelled like someone took a dump in one of the chairs and my wife's tray connected to her seat had some kind of yellow slime smeared all over it which could probably be butter. We've been coming to this theater to see a movie almost weekly for 3 years and this was literally the worst experience that we've had. We were in theater 16 in the last row in seats 10, 11 and 12 seeing Roofman with my cousin during the 7:00 showing.
