Myself, my daughter, friend to slide and my husband as a spectator cost $96 so I was a little surprised. What happened to me is what I feel is important to share. Yes, you do sign a waiver, however I did not expect to need medical attention while following rules and taking my first slide. My husband took a video of the 3 of us on our first slide. You can hear exactly when I hit causing 2 broken ribs, skinned knee, and a lot of bruises. We will not be back, it is far too dangerous and no qualified staff. They were all teenagers who had zero interest in rules or safety. Very disappointing

It’s not often you encounter employees who are genuinely engaged, having fun, checking in on your experience, and consistently encouraging guests. We recently hosted a birthday party, and every single aspect was top notch. Our assigned team member was attentive, organized, and had everything ready to go for us. It made the whole party feel seamless and stress-free. While the kids were sliding and playing dodgeball, the staff didn’t just supervise — they interacted! They were laughing with the kids, cheering them on, and making sure everyone felt included and safe. You could tell they enjoy what they do. Even as we were leaving, team members went out of their way to wish us a good night and say they couldn’t wait to see us again. That level of hospitality really stood out. For such a young team, they did an absolutely fantastic job. We will definitely be back!
