Today It took 25 minutes from when I walked in the door until I had my popcorn and was seated for my movie. They had one person selling tickets and one person doing snacks - obviously on Tuesdays they are busier because of the specials they run. They should always have extra staff that day. I will not go to this theater again because I always miss the beginning of my movie and I refuse go any earlier and sit around just because they are short staffed. In addition, I saw people letting people in through the west doors - obviously they didn't pay for their tickets and they got in free. If they had enough staff, this would not be happening. The only reason I went there today was because there was nothing I wanted to see at Century Cinema. I thought I would give West Acres Cinema one last chance to see if things had improved and it was even worse than the last time I was there. Now I know for sure I will not go back.😑👎🏻
