As we walk in and check in the women at the front told us “it’s the theater to the right.. so we proceed to go to the theater on the right. Bought 38 Dollars of popcorn and 3 drinks and sit down in our seats. after about 40 minutes of sitting a man came in saying we were in his seats and we thought “oh that’s odd” so guy goes to the front desk to have someone come in and check our tickets, and of course we have our tickets pulled up showing our seats. They then tell us we are in the wrong theater at the wrong time. they offered us a refund we obviously took and then were told we couldn’t get a full refund due to a HOLDING FEE?!?? after the employee told us to go to the wrong theater. Absolutely ridiculous ruined a child’s day.
