About two hours before our scheduled 11 a.m. session, I received both a text and an email from the owner saying, “Your session is canceled, sorry for the inconvenience.” There was no refund offered, just a suggestion to reschedule. I immediately responded to both the text and email explaining that I don’t live locally — my husband and I were only visiting for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary — and asked for a refund instead. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times since then and have received no response at all. This experience was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you plan on going here, do not pay in advance. Wait until you arrive to make sure you actually receive the service you’re paying for. Will definitely be in contact with the BBB.
