  We went for a movie on a Saturday night. It is a busy theater but it was clean and the concession line went fast. Then we got to our seats. One had the table broken off of it which defeats the purpose of a “bistro” Cinemark. The Same seat was also unplugged and unable to lean back until we plugged it back in ourselves. We moved from DFW and went to Cinemark every month some times more often than just once a month. We both have a Cinemark movie club memberships being that this is the only Cinemark in Raleigh I will probably be canceling my membership. Movie selection and times aren’t the best almost every showing is the same movie at this current time is Scream 7.

  The theater is affordable for matinees. They dont care if you sneak in snacks, just dont be oblivious about it. They let me bring a water bottle in too. My chair was leaning pretty heavy to the right side, my wifes chair was working as normal (reclining chairs) i would come back but if my seat was broken, i would have to ask for a new chair next time.

  Elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Also, we stayed 4 nights and room service didn’t clean our room until check out time.

  I loved the Cinemark theatre here in Raleigh! I’ve been twice so far.. I took 4 kids to see a movie and I went by myself and saw a movie. Prices are pretty good, and the seating is comfortable. The popcorn is tasty. However..looking at Cinemark rewards, it’s not that great compared with Regal. I am a long time Regal customer and member of their Crown Club. When I looked close at Cinemark rewards, it became clear to me that Regal is the better choice for regular moviegoers like myself and people I know in Raleigh. Cinemark’s rewards program is certainly useable but it feels less rewarding because of its slow as molasses point accumulation and higher redemption thresholds. In contrast, Regal’s system offers points that translate really fast into real savings or free items, which really enhance value sognificantly. I’ll give an example..when you the customer spend money on tickets or concessions at Regal, you see immediate return in the form of discounts or free concessions sooner than you would at Cinemark. This results not just in better savings, but in a more satisfying experience for somebody like me who frequently watch movies. While Cinemark offers some advantages like particular premium features, to me, the structure of Regal’s rewards program seems thoughtfully constructed to foster long term values. If your goal is to maximize your returns on ticket purchases, you will find Regal to be more generous and very rewarding. I feel like if you want to make the best out of your investment, Regal stands out as the more beneficial option.. 100%. You get better incentives with Regal and a clear path to rewards. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to someone with Cinemark and talk to them about how they can improve their rewards program. I briefly spoke with a manager, Brittany, regarding this. She says I have great feedback and she will pass this along to her managers. If Cinemark can make some changes to the rewards program, they may be able to attract more frequent moviegoers.

  If anyone is wondering if they are open on 1-FEB-2026 (snow day)... well No, they are not.... We purchased our tickets yesterday, then after waking up to a decent amount of snow, we repeatedly called the theatre and got no answer (neither was there any informational IVR or automated message). We checked their website to look for updates, and finding none, we decided to brave the roads and drive there in hopes that they were actually open. I respect the fact that you had to close due to inclement weather. I am flabbergasted that no one at a place of business this size could figure out how to update the answering service outgoing message and / or the web page.... In fact, in this day and age, it's almost criminal that your system isn't capable of SMS or Push notifications. It's especially troubling since you had to know that your loyal customers, who assumed that you would be open (since there no messaging to contrary) would be braving the road conditions, only to find the venue closed, meaning that they risked the trip for no reason whatsoever.
