  Great theatre. The seats are comfortable, recline and have trays that swivel. Each row is secluded from other rows so you don’t see the head of the person in front of you. Staff were friendly even late at night and the bathroom was decently clean. We saw a 3D movie, the glasses are good quality. I would definitely recommend this location.

  No one to check in near the door, neighboring theater is loud through the walls, and when I got to my seat theres popcorn and trash in the creases of my seat and the seats next to mine are also dirty, plus some dried liquid on the arm rest. Im afraid of bugs getting on me and taking them home. Close this theater down.

  “Always a great movie experience!” Cinemark never disappoints! The theaters are always clean, the seats are super comfortable, and the picture and sound quality are top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the snack bar is always well-stocked and quick. I love how easy it is to reserve seats online and enjoy a smooth, relaxing movie night. Definitely my go-to theater for new releases!

  Took my son here for his birthday. 10 minutes after the move was supposed to start I inquired with someone working about it not coming on and they said they were going to check. Another 15 minutes goes by and I go back out because it still hadnt came on and someone at the counter told me they were going to come speak to us and I asked are we not going to get to see the movie and they said probably not. So I go get my family and tell them let's go and we waited a few more minutes before walking back out where we were met by someone asking were we in theatre 9. We were offered movie tickets to return but declined because we dont live in Raleigh, We were told they are sorry but they dont have the file for the movie, Isnt that something that you should check before allowing someone to buy tickets, spend $100 on snacks+food and set their whole evening up around it??? Noone was rude to us but It seemed everyone working was aware of the issue but noone could find a way to come tell us when someone being honest the moment after I asked is all I could have asked for. We are avid movie goers and when we do come back to town we will continue to go to Alamo draft house where we normally go. Any good business need grown ups working even late in the afternoon and on the weekends to give direction. Will not return.
