- KDKate DonovanDec 2, 20251.0Absolutely worse customer service experience. Their online system allows you to book a party and then 24hrs later they send you a document with a different date on it. When I asked the system would allow you to book unavailable dates the customer service rep said "thats your problem." Absolutely unprofessional, no public number to call to reach them. They system is poor and the staff are even worse. Will not be doing business with this company now or in the future, EVER.
