  Did not have a great experience. While the waitresses were nice, the place was totally disorganized, kids were there without parents (despite the efforts of security) and trying to fight. The games power was shut down and we ran out as kids were acting like (and possibly did) have guns. It was 8pm on a Saturday. Oh and I reserved times for but my times were delayed which put us with another party for laser tag. Not returning

  I went last night with my little one, and we ended up just leaving due to too many teens; something went down that had them all running to the front, yelling, and then running to the back. The lights ended up being cut, and one of the exits was locked. I felt so unsafe in that place. We didn’t even use half the card I purchased, and there were no employees to be found at any of the attractions we tried to do, such as the human crane, laser tag, or bowling. I’m pissed. I’ve tried calling twice for a refund. I wasn’t even able to get the meal I purchased with the eat and play; I had to feed my little one somewhere else after spending over $50 at this place. It was an out-of-control nightmare.

  I came here for the very first time tonight. We were supposed to have a server come to our table. Never happened. If you like mixed drinks, do NOT waste your money! Take it from me, please! We ordered two margarita flights for our table. Not even the slightest hint of alcohol could be tasted. We were told that they SPLIT …ONE …OUNCE of alcohol between the THREE (rocks) glasses. You are literally paying to drink the margarita syrup. I ordered the chicken nachos and noticed a weird after taste after a few bites, so I stopped eating them. Just something else I wasted my money on. We played 90 minutes of bowling and left. Before I even reached the doors, I felt like I was going to vomit. I literally threw up for over 10 minutes in the parking lot. I don’t know what they have going on, but never again!

  Jamill was absolutely amazing—again! Every time I come in, she delivers a flawless experience, and this visit was no different. From start to finish, everything was handled with such ease, precision, and attention to detail that it honestly felt effortless. Her energy is unmatched, her timing is perfect, and the drinks were spot-on as always. She has a way of anticipating exactly what you need before you even ask, which really sets her apart. Even in a busy environment, she stays composed, organized, and fully in control while still making every guest feel like a priority. What stands out most is her consistency. It’s rare to come back and receive the same high-level experience every single time, but with Jamill, you can always expect excellence. I can’t wait to see how much further she goes with the company. She truly represents the standard that others should strive for. I’ll definitely keep coming back—she’s literally perfect at what she does. I’m so glad my son recommended I sit with her!

  Would have given "Main Event" at 5star, but this place is a little hectic and unorganized. There's a lot of Young workers who are extremely rude when it comes to customer service, kiosk machines issues, in a little crowded especially on Saturdays. ! Does not have gravity ropes or mini golf as advertised on website. Confusion with purchasing packages and hidden promotions. Broken cotton candy machine. Overall there is a lot to do with family of all ages Such as bowling, laser tag, games and prizes, pool tables, venue etc. ! The food was phenomenal !!! chicken wings, burgers, Pizza fries and the drinks were amazing. It's an all-inclusive purchase, says unlimited but due the crowds of people, they limit activities to 1hr. Also, Major shout out and THANK YOU, to our waitress Miss Sarah, who did an awesome job in saving this company face. Thank you for all your patience in due diligence in making this night special for all of us !
