If you want to enjoy your time just stay at home and watch a movie and save your money!! This place is trashed I mean TRASHED!!!!! People putting their feet on the booths with no socks on! Not a clean booth in site!!!! Wood sticking off the booths that went through my pants and cut my leg. Food is Discussing way too over priced. Employees swearing at customers!!! Go karts not being checked the tire was hanging off a cart!!! A customer had to point out that it was not safe to drive and they laughed. Not to mention this is my very first time here with my 2 year old son and wife and I get yelled at by a Employee, Swearing at me because I didn’t stop on the track when I did. Not to mention the track over the bridge had a huge gap so when you come down the other side of the bridge all 4 wheels come off the ground. This place is a literal hazard. Everyone smoking in line at the go karts the smoke blowing into kids faces. The professionalism isn’t there. The rules non existent. If you want to visit the celebration station of Greensboro just go to Martin Luther king drive it’s cleaner. There’s SO much wrong with this place I’m wondering how it’s even still in business and I might have to call the city and send a inspector down there and Lawyer up and Sue. I mean there’s so many safety violations, safety concerns and so much more. I should have taken photos of the place when I went and posted them on here….. easy lawsuit waiting to happen and you know I have a crazy good lawyer!!! I’m thinking on if I should take the time out of my weekend to call and start taking action. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Go for the Go-carts, leave with a Brain Injury! My granddaughter went with friends this week and ended up at the emergency room with a concussion from TWO INTENTIONAL collisions by other patrons! The establishment's policy states that if a patron is speeding and running into other patrons they will be removed from the premises for the remainder of the day. The first person to crash into her, who happened to have a child in the go-cart with him (CHILD ENDANGERMENT) was NOT removed but continued to drive recklessly...the second one (seeing that Celebration Station does NOT enforce their own rules) rammed her as well. Again, he was NOT removed! My granddaughter suffered from dizziness, headache, light sensitivity resulting in temporary blindness, and fatigue-all symptoms of a Concussion. I took her to the Emergency Room today to get it checked out. Thank the Lord they detected no bleeding or swelling, but it was a confirmed Concussion (or may be TWO, since she was hit twice and injured her head BOTH TIMES!).

Although it is a low key spot to get some fun ticket games in, and I honestly appreciate that they are still open... I'd like to say I was disappointed this trip. We pre-ordered online, and then had to wait almost 20 minutes for any staff member to appear to get our play cards when we arrived. The staff members had this habit of walking away from the counter as soon as they saw they had a guest coming up so we did a lot of standing around waiting even if there wasn't a single line while we were there. The miniature golf course hit some snags, including eating one of our balls (that you have to pay for), having several broken pieces of wood, or cardboard or plaster exposed, and the water features were moldy and not working (which is most of the attraction). There were several games that just ate your money, since you're able to swipe your card, but then the screen never turns on, or you realize the claw doesn't actually work, or it never shoots out any balls to use. Now, remember the staff members we could never find, or had to wait 10 minutes for each time? We just decided it wasn't worth complaining. Luckily, I came prepared mentally for knowing this place is over 30 years old, and, honestly, has a lot more games than a lot of places like it. This was for our five year old's birthday, and he's pretty easy to please at that age, so he didn't care one bit. The adults in the group definitely felt just a little more intention by the staff would have been nice, and some outdoor upkeep.

I had a really frustrating experience at Celebration Station. The go-karts kept stopping in the middle of the race, which completely ruined the whole experience. It wasn’t just a one-time thing either—it kept happening over and over. Instead of a fun race, it felt like we were just sitting there waiting for the cars to work. What made it even worse was the customer service. When we asked for our money back because the race clearly didn’t go as it should have, they refused and just said it was “a bad race.” That’s not a good excuse when you’re paying for something that’s supposed to work properly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our go-kart ride literally broke down in the middle of the track, and instead of owning up to it, staff tried to pass it off as a “smooth ride.” There was nothing smooth about sitting stranded in a dead kart. What made it worse was the customer service. A worker actually asked if we wanted our money back—obviously we said yes—but then they completely refused to refund us anyway. So not only did we not get the experience we paid for, we were also misled and brushed off. Between unsafe equipment, poor maintenance, and dishonest customer service, this place is not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs.
