  Had an amazing time, place was clean, all the games worked but mainly the customer service was EXCELLENT specifically Jerimiah who was running the human crane. He is a sweet, intelligent and wonderful young man wise beyond his years and he deserves all the good in this world. He genuinely made my nephews birthday so good and we couldn't be more grateful 💓

  Giving a 1 star because unfortunately we were not able to even bowl, play games, or eat. They run everything through kiosks and their system was not working in the place or online. The manager was no help and a guy working the desk kept telling us to wait a few more minutes. We waited and waited. Other families standing around waiting to play. We asked if they could manually add us to the reservation, they said we had no choice but to wait. Just a bad taste, when guests are trying to get it and the employees are just walking around with no sense of urgency or care. We left and went somewhere else.

  We wanted to get out of the house so we decided to head to main event got there and there where no signs to go to a desk or anything we finally figured out to go to one of their kiosk we just wanted to do some bowling no prices where displayed until we entered all of our info. It would be nice if we could see prices before we even enter any info... we played in the arcade and our 2 year old had fun, we decided to eat at the restaurant while we waited for a bowling lane to open up.... hostess was friendly we got seated. Not sure if our waitress just had a bad day or what but from the moment we sat down she had an attitude towards us she just stood there and didn't say anything until I asked what drinks they had and when we wanted to order an appetizer she just said that they weren't doing anything baked but did not specified what items where baked or not baked or give us any suggestions so she just left us guessing, a different person brought the drinks, we finally ordered while we waited for the food she brought us the machine to check out didn't even waited for our food to come ou, what if we wanted to order dessert? She didn't give us the chance to decide. We waited a little longer and when ahead and paid for our food cause by then we knew we didn't want to stay longer than needed but when we tried to process the payment the machine stopped working we waited for her to come by, when she finally did and showed her it wasn't working she didn't say anything and just took it and gave us another one to pay with and left. The food took an hour to come out a different person brought it in and she just stood to the side of the table with the tray and we had to reach for it no napkins or utensils where provided and when we asked for them it was like they where annoyed that we did, that was the last time anyone came and ask if we needed anything and since we paid in advance we just left as soon as we finished our food. We waited another 30 minutes and finally a bowling lane opened up for us we had fun but we had a 3 hour wait not sure why when only 2 lanes where being used at the time of our arrival. After this experience we won't be going again it's not worth the price

  Great time ,, really great experience!! The lazer tag was amazing!!! Food was amazing and staff were very kind. We.had the experience of being the first people to do the human crane experience and they gifted us a hour free bowling. God bless you main event and thank you so much for your kindness

  My church youth group recently hosted a birthday party at Main Event, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our host, Taytum, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She offered great ideas, answered all our questions, and kept the whole celebration organized and stress-free. The energy in the venue was perfect for a fun, lively party, and Taytum’s attentive service really helped tie everything together. If you’re planning a birthday or any group event, I highly recommend Main Event—especially with Taytum on your side. Really made the celebration stand out and feel extra special.
