- EAEla AvelarNov 8, 20212.0This is the 2nd year in a row using this company for senior pictures. 1st year I was not overly happy with their packages or prices. The pictures were your typical year book pictures so I don't think the price matches the quality. Still we bought from them. 2nd year, same prices and quality. My problem is, on their web page they advertise as having " professional, award-winning photographers", well I'm not sure if they were short staffed of those photographers this particular day because, the photographer who took my child's senior pictures, could have been a little more attentive to detail and would have taken but 5 seconds to inform my son to fix a few strangling hairs. Instead, they just snapped the picture, sent me the proofs and they can't re-take them. Now I'm stuck with having to pay for editing that may or may not work. This is the reason we choose to go elsewhere to have senior portraits done that will be used for invitations, announcements, and such. We get better quality pictures, service and for a much better price. For the prices Prestige has, I expect a lot more from them. This was just not the case for us in 2 years.
