  My daughter had a wonderful birthday party here. Russell, Adriana, and our host KeKe were all fabulous! From beginning to end Russell and Adriana were attentive and addressed my initial concerns with promptness. Keke was a charm and did her job well the entire time! The food was great. We tried the burger sliders, the chicken nachos, and funnel cake fries. All were very good. One thing to note, if you choose to have your little's party guests use fun cards as their party activity then make sure the birthday boy/girl has the card that reads "VIP birthday" card. Overall it was a great experience. My family and I will definitely be back!

  Came here in the middle of the day around noon on Nov.19th. Not a lot of people are here but there are tons of employees but they're never around. There's always people waiting for help. The employees all like to hide in the back. This has been the worst experience. I've had birthday parties here before but just coming in on a slow day is the worst. Never again. I spent close to $150 dollars just on me and my son. They will not get my money again.

  Jackeem had the best customer service really supportive and attentive to everyone around him the manager Jennory was really chill and expressive really showed thought and feelings towards customer really good team at main event always a good team to have they served me well gave me drinks on time and let me leave when I needed to do something love main event. Now araisa she was very polite and friendly she is such a good person and bartender. Also the bartender keke was very nice and polite definitely showed results of customer service she really cared for my needs and was very efficient in her job. As a customer Keke was outstanding!!!!! 10/10

  I brought 10 people in on a Saturday night. So 7:30 pm on a Saturday and theyre out of Red Bull, Stella draft, Voodoo draft, Dos Equis draft. Here's an interesting one. They're out of Cointreau. I wanted a top shelf Long Island. Seeing as theyre out of Cointreau, they WILL NOT substiture another liquor for that so I HAVE TO have a well Long Island. They will not let me bring in Red Bull for my own drink. We get to our bowling lanes. I've bought 2 lanes for 2 hours Server comes out, we order whatever drinks theyre not out of and we tell the server at least twice, we want 2 of the appetizer platters to snack on. We have 11 people, one wont be enoigh. We get one platter, an hour goes by and i ask how long on the other one. She never put it in. She decided to put it in and not charge us. Kitchen never started on it and we gave up once our time on the lanes was up which was a whole hour later. I spent around $500 on cards and bowling. Food and Drink was around $200. I shouldn't have this much trouble at what's supposed to be a "fun place" for ~$700. And who doesn't stock the building for a Saturday night? That's the craziest of all.

  I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my recent experience at your Fayetteville, NC location. From the moment we walked in, there was nothing but confusion and poor service. When we arrived, we tried to find someone to help us, but we were directed to use a kiosk. The first two kiosks we tried did not work. The third kiosk finally allowed us to purchase two of the $20 game play packages (which include $10 in game play and a $10 entrée). However, the kiosk was unable to print our cards. We were then given the runaround for about 15 minutes between the prize area and the kitchen. After speaking with several employees—at least six people looked at our receipts—we finally received our cards. We specifically told them that we wanted to play first, eat afterward, and then go bowling. Once we finally started playing, our game time lasted only about 10 minutes. We played roughly four games before the balance was completely gone, which seemed unusually short for the package purchased. After that, we went to the kitchen to redeem our $10 entrées. We were seated after waiting about seven minutes and asked for two chicken tender meals since we had a baby with us. We were then informed that the fryer was not working, meaning we could not order the meal we wanted. Since we were unable to eat, I asked for a refund. We waited another 20 minutes before someone finally came over to process it. The employee stated that only $16 would be refunded to my dad’s bank card. I explained that we purchased two $20 packages ($40 total) and should receive the full $20 refund for each since we could not use the dining portion at all due to their fryer being down. She refused and insisted that $16 was all she could refund. This is completely unacceptable. We should not be penalized for a facility issue that prevented us from receiving what we paid for. I am requesting an immediate full refund of $42 to my dad’s bank card and a follow-up phone call to resolve this matter. I will also be leaving a review reflecting this experience, as the lack of communication, confusion, and poor customer service at this location were beyond disappointing. Out of the roughly 30 employees present, no one seemed to know what to do or how to assist customers properly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from someone promptly.
