  First shout out to Alozie and Darron. It’s my First time at main event and I was there during prime time on a Friday night, super busy. One of the kiosks broke down and I had to go to customer service. Although they had a ton of people in line Alozie and Darron were patient with refunding my money, explaining my options and helping me find the best package for my 3 daughters. I’ll definitely be back based on the excellent customer service

  Games are fun for the family, and the food is decent but this last experience shot it for me. If you want to wait 1+ hour for your food with low volume, have to send your order back 2-3 times, and remind your server to bring your drinks, this is the place for you!! Stay away from the celery and lettuce. It comes out brown. Very obvious it wasn’t cleaned or stored / swapped out properly.

  Will not go back. For one we got to bowl only once and only one side of the bumpers would come up. Then, we tried to bowl again and was told we didn't have reservations and it was all booked up yet only one lane had someone bowling. Then we tried to do laser tag and never got to because the same people were always in here or in line. Then, we went to eat and waited 30 minutes to place our order. I had to go find someone in order for them to even get our food order. When we went to play games it took off two different times and wouldn't even let us play the game. The only good experience was the guy who took our soft drink order when we bowled. He was an absolute sweetheart. Such a terrible experience for me and my family of six. This was our first time going and we drove for an hour and a half.

  I had my sons birthday there Saturday and it was terrible, no one explained the time slots for different activities during the party, took them 35 minutes to get us in the party room, we got the food and waited even longer for the game cards and when we got back from playing the games they were clearing off our table when we didn’t even get to do cake yet, they gave us a little extra time to do it also our server was taking care of multiple parties at the same time and it was her first day and the server was supposed to be hosting the party but I ended up doing everything, then we were supposed to do laser tag but I was so upset and irritated by the whole experience I was ready to go and they wouldn’t compensate by giving me my money back but instead gave me game cards that couldn’t win tokens for prizes, arcade has broken games and prizes cost way too much, spent $350 for a terrible experience, won’t be coming back here

  I took my son and his friends to Main Event for his birthday. We started out with lunch but I wish we ate before going there. After we sat it was at least 10 minutes before we saw our waitress and didn't see her until the end when asking for my bill and a box. Since it took so long for her to show up we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Food came out, still no drinks. I had to ask that server to get us drinks. Our food sat there getting cold while we waited. We finally got our drinks and had to flag other people down for refills and napkins. I finally saw our disappearing waitress who didn't once apologize or seemed fazed. I have never, ever received worse service in my life. Food was great though! Good luck getting anyone to come to a table to get you drinks at the bowling lanes. Won't happen. And half the lanes go unused despite waiting 1-2 hours for a lane. The other staff members were great and accommodating.
