  I came to Main Event expecting a fun, quality experience—and it turned out to be the complete opposite. We tried to reserve a table in the kitchen/dining area, and the host was extremely rude and careless. She acted like she didn’t know anything about the facility or even the menu. After that, we were told to wait about 40 minutes, even though we watched other tables being cleaned and turned over while we continued to sit there. When I finally tried to speak to a manager, instead of coming to us, she literally waved me over like I was bothering her. That alone shows how little respect they have for their customers. I wish I had gotten her name because her attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. Once we finally got seated, we waited over 25 minutes for our food and still hadn’t received it. To make matters worse, the bartender was walking around the restaurant vaping near the food. That is absolutely disgusting and completely unsanitary. This place is overpriced and the service does not match the cost at all. The staff we dealt with were rude, careless, and unprofessional. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will never return to Main Event, and I will make sure my family and friends know not to waste their money here.

  A great atmosphere, during the week. We don't go on the weekends, cause we don't wanna be around a bunch of kids. We like coming here, even though it's way more expensive than the Omni, but it has drinks and we'll go here if we wanna eat, and drink. The drinks are a bit pricey, and they are very limited when it comes to mixed drinks. They have plenty of beer though and the fried pickles with the Jalapeños Ranch is really good! We have fun when we come here. My husband is a big gamer, so we come here a lot.

  Absolutely awful. We spent hours at this arcade bar trying to order food, only to be rewarded with cold, bland garbage that clearly sat forever. If the goal is to make customers regret staying, congrats—you nailed it. The kitchen is a disaster and seems completely incapable of handling even basic orders. The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is Keke, who genuinely tried to make things right despite being set up to fail. Do yourself a favor: play the games, skip the food, or better yet, skip the place entirely. Only giving the star to Keke to actually tried to make our night better.

  Only giving 5 stars because of Darron, otherwise would be 3 stars. Our online reservation was not found when we checked in. After almost 20 minutes in our time things were figured out. The manager seemed very stressed and overwhelmed but Darron was so helpful and patient and kind. We had the vip bowling but almost our entire time we didn't get served. Our server (didn't catch her name) was very sweet and seemed to be the only one serving, so I understand why it took a long time to get service. Its a fun place but Darron and our server definitely made it a lot better.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. We use to enjoy this place but it’s gone downhill fast. We visited with our family a few weeks ago. We went to order food and it took hours, I needed to change our babies diaper and when I went to the family restroom an employee went in right in front of me by themselves instead of using the public bathroom. Then our food was cold, all three meals. I told management who never cared about the employee (who was still in the family bathroom when we left) but gave us free bowling passes which was nice. Went back tonight to bowl and use the passes. We waited an hour and a half with open lanes where we could see. No manager in sight, employees said it was shift change. We left after waiting for 90minutes without bowling. Seriously avoid this place.
