  The bartenders are killer at their job and super attentive, security is top notch, music is always amazing and good vibes all around 🥰

  They absolutely oversold the San Holo show. The sound system is one of the best I've heard in Charlotte and the visuals are great, but they pack that place WAY too full to enjoy yourself without feeling like you're smacking into others or being rude. If you like to dance, this is not the venue for you. If your thing is frat flicking while packed in like sardines and getting a cool IG story, then you may still enjoy it. The DJs were great and staff seemed friendly, its just hard to enjoy a show in that small of a space/that many people constantly bumping into each other or trying to push to the front. I left early solely because of this and will likely not come back. Sucks because it otherwise seems like a great venue setup wise

  We visited Trio on a Saturday night and had pre-booked a table for 10, paying $450 upfront. We were told we’d have a dedicated staff member to take care of us. However, the experience didn’t match expectations. We ordered a bottle of vodka, and it was placed in a locked container. That’s understandable, but no one came to actually serve or pour drinks for us. We were left waiting with no access to the bottle, which was frustrating. Throughout the night, service was very inconsistent. No one really checked in or helped us, even though we were promised dedicated service. At the end, when they brought the bill, I had to specifically ask them to pour the remaining liquor from the bottle. Also, when we went downstairs to buy beers and asked them to add them to our table, they refused and said we had to order at the table—which wasn’t convenient given the lack of service. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the price. Better service and clearer communication would have made a big difference. But the music and the atmosphere was great

  Had an amazing night! The vibe in the club was absolutely incredible – great energy on the dance floor from start to finish. The music was fantastic, the crowd was chill, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect. Definitely a very, very cool club – I’ll be coming back for sure!

  Usually, I really enjoy going to this club. However, my most recent experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have been to this club for many events, and the experience is usually okay. Most recently, a couple things happened that I did not appreciate. 1. This is what really has upset me. Trio overcharged my debit card for drink purchases. My fiancee went to get us some drinks and forgot to close out our 2nd tab. Somehow our second check consisting of 4 beers cost us $80 when we had just got 2 beers and 3 shots for $43.76 on the first check (I remembered to sign for this one). This is an extremely dishonest practice by Trio and honestly has me not wanting to ever return to this establishment. 30% added gratuity is fine by me when not signing, but this goes far beyond that into fraud levels. There are plenty of music venues in Charlotte, ones that won't steal your hard earned money. 2. I have a friend who is a promoter. He was able to secure us a spot on the guest list for the event in question. Well when we got in line for the guest list entrance, both the attendant and the manager (once asked by the attendant) denied us guest list entry based on "not being able to find us" in their system. After paying cover for myself, my fiancee, and our friend, the promoter sent me a screenshot of my name on the guest list with 4 tickets which he added the night before the event. Not a great start to the night, but I was willing to look past it as I have gotten guest list entry in the past and was not too upset by this. However, combined with the shady charging practices, I have my doubts as to the honesty of the attendant and manager working the line now as well.
