We attended a birthday party at Slick City and had a very disappointing experience. Despite arriving early, we waited 30 minutes just to check in, losing valuable party time, and the entire facility was extremely overcrowded and chaotic—from the slides to the birthday area and walkways.
The bathrooms were unsanitary (urine on seats, wet floors, no soap), and staff did not address it when reported. There were also inconsistencies with wristbands, including being told mistakenly to leave early while others with expired bands continued playing, and the 5-and-under area was not enforced, creating safety concerns.
The slides themselves are fun, but the overall experience felt disorganized and overcrowded. We would not recommend hosting a party here.

I recently visited Slick City Action Park with my daughter, and I want to share an important safety concern for other parents.
In my opinion, it should be mandatory for kids to wear long sleeves and jeans or full-length pants. My daughter ended up with scrapes on her knees and elbows, even though she used the mats provided for the slides. The mats do not offer enough protection, especially for those areas.
I will say, I do like that they offer a designated area for small kids, which is a nice touch for families.
However, I would still not recommend this park for children under 3 years old. The slides and surfaces are just too rough and not designed with toddlers in mind.
While the concept of the park is fun, I think there needs to be better safety guidance and requirements to prevent injuries like this. Parents should definitely be aware and dress their kids accordingly before going.

We visited Slick City today, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience, especially for a first-time visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out—they were welcoming, attentive, and very professional, which made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable.
The facility itself is well organized, clean, and clearly designed with families in mind. The kids had an amazing time exploring the different attractions, and it was great to see them so engaged and excited throughout. It’s definitely a place that keeps children entertained while also giving parents peace of mind.
Overall, this is a must-visit destination for families with kids looking for a fun and safe environment. The only area for improvement would be the pricing of the annual pass—it feels a bit on the higher side. If there were more flexible or slightly reduced pricing options, it would make the experience even better and more accessible for frequent visits.
Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience in the concession stand. I ordered a Hot Dog and an Icee. Waited 20 min for a Hot Dog and when I got it, it was still cold inside. When I ordered the Icee, I specifically asked if there was refills and the cashier said yes. So I ordered the large Icee for $8.00. Later on, I went back to get my refill and I had to pay $4.00 more for the refill. First of all, the employees should be better trained to know what you serve and what you don’t offer. Secondly, if the employee messed and provided the wrong information, then hone up to it and make it right and no one did. I n top of all of this, the place was a really dirty. All of the tables were full of garbage and no one was doing anything about it. Definitely won’t be coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to come here.

Went to have a look at slick city to decide if its worth booking my kiddos next bday party in the summer and the information I received left me less than impressed.
The party can only be booked for 10 kids and includes socks, 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of water/soda. THAT IS IT! No extras like chips, ice cream, nothing and you are not allowed to bring outside food, only the bday cake.
I have booked my kiddo's bday party at several indoor places before, like bounce houses/play houses and always had options to add on extra eats for a fee. I don't understand why Slick City is so rigid and insists on only having pizza. The owner must be new to this type of business.
Also, slick city has an arcade section, but there is NO option to add arcade tickets to the birthday package. There is NO arcade package period! If kids come to this place for a party, they will expect to play arcade games too so why not add a deal for bdays?
Paying an additional $100 to have privacy in the party room is understandable. However, excluding common sense items such as food and activities like an arcade package makes no sense. This place has been opened for less than a month and I don't see it staying in business much longer.
